Firehouse Subs Owasso — Restaurant in Owasso

My wife is possibly more in love with their Thanksgiving Turkey sub than me. I've had the Hook and Ladder, the Captain"s Club, and now the Cajun Chicken (spicy). I just tried their chili too. I think that is a genuine chili recipe from a Firehouse. That was good stuff. Firehouse is not as freakingly fast as Jimmy John's and they don't offer wraps so far. They take their time and toast the bread and appear to steam heat the meat. The sandwiches are good and hearty. Expect to spend more than you do at Subway, but you get more. Price wise they are competitive with Jimmy John's. I've got to have more of that chili. Wendy's had my favorite fast food chili, but they've been dethroned now. However, there will still be the times when I want to sit down with a decent burger and a not bad bowl of Chili. So far we've just done carry out and not dined-in, I want to some time so I can take advantage of their hot sauce bar. That's...

Came in and purchased 2 subs, the hook & ladder and turkey bacon ranch but sub for chicken. The restaurant tables were dirty. You could tell the young men working at that time did not have very much respect for the atmosphere they work in but I purchased food despite of that, and when I got my meals home one sandwich was incorrect and had some kind of plastic in the sandwich. I called and asked for a refund of the incorrect sandwich and they told me they can not give refunds over the phone and if I wanted to bring it back that they would replace it and I could have a cookie. I paid with a card, so I don’t understand why they could not refund. I live over 30 minutes from Owasso so I don’t really want to drive back to Owasso. First time back here for about 2 months. Used come weekly but due to work and other stuff only come when possible. 12-16-21 is the date and lunch time. I ordered a steak and cheese with everything etc. got my sandwich and it looked thrown together horrible, my meat was cold in some spots of the sandwich which was a concern so I picked it off. Customer service was a joke. The tall guy taking my order seem like he doesn’t be here and everyone else was just standing around doing nothing and talking. I must say this time today was horrible and makes me wanna take my business else where and never come back. I mean the meat on my sandwich wasn’t even hot and steamy like before.
