NobiliTea — Restaurant in Owasso

The review below this is over a year old. Over a year ago I had an amazing experience. So I came back through today and had the exact opposite experience.

From the drive thru to the staff this place is a mess now. I don't know what happened to the girls that were there that made this shop such a magical experience for my neice and I. But the owner should call them back fast. The employees there are rude, they certainly don't like changing anything on the menu (I asked to leave the cream off a drink. No was the answer. It comes as it comes.) And then the drinks were not correct. Not anywhere near what was on the menu that I ordered. And I was stuck. It is what it is. So I spent $23 on 2 drinks loaded to the lid with ice that I literally throwed away

Do yourself a favor and just go to Loca Boba over on 86th st. The Boba tea was way better with more option at a fraction of the cost. And they were friendly.

(Prior review) This place is amazing. And all the ladies that work in there are so nice and friendly. I came in today with my 9 year old neice. (I left my sister in the car with her other baby lol) It was our first time being there and we were all REALLY unsure of what we would like. We ordered 3 different drinks. And of course my luck my neice was not a fan of hers while we were inside. The women at the counter overheard her and were so nice and volunteered to remake something else for her. Free of charge. And they let us keep the drink she didn't like to give away to someone else. (My husband thanks you. He wasn't with us and he loved it when I gave it to him at home lol!) My neice and I sat in their shop talking together and had a really nice time inside their shop. But then disaster struck again bc of course my sister didn't like the one we got her either🤦‍♀️ I went through the drive thru this time, and again they replaced the drink. Free of charge.

Thank all of you ladies that were there today. Thank you for being so nice and helpful. I know my family is a handful 🤦‍♀️😂 I would give you 10 stars if I could! By far the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I cant reccomend this place or their "Alice" tea enough. It was so good!

Been frequenting this place for years. Great drink selection with variety of loose leaf’s readily available for fresh brew or take home. Offers some baked goods, drink add ins, and memorabilia.

They have a rotating drink menu every month and season. Highly recommend frequenting each menu to find your favorites. Staff will also help make specialty selections and also “surprise me,” drink picks that turn out really good.

Today, a friendly lady named Sophie came to the window and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted a hot drink, but didn’t want to select one, did a surprise me and she did just that. Made a amaretto latte with simply pure cane and it was right up my alley of what I was wanting. She had me try it before leaving, and this particular experience with her led me to writing this review.

Highly recommended in the Owasso, Smith Farm marketplace...

SO EXPENSIVE they charge 25 cents for light ice, 99 cents for coconut milk, and 75 cents for oat milk. got a dubai chocolate matcha and it was not sweet at all also didn’t even taste like matcha. each drink was over 9$ after the milk subs and light ice. AFTER TAX $20.06 FOR TWO DRINKS. my cashier sadie also didn’t mention light ice would be extra or the coconut milk was a more expensive milk alternative. also do these look like light ice to you??? anyways don’t come here go literally...
