Crumbl — Restaurant in Owasso

This business has went severely down hill since their opening. Their staff is no longer welcoming and don’t even ACKNOWLEDGE customers when they are at the register to order. I went in today to pick up some cookies for my husband and I’s birthdays and I didn’t even get acknowledged until I was there for 15-20 minutes. There were 5 other customers in store as well. All the workers were just huddled near the ovens complaining about work. There was one specific employee that was being loud enough for all of the customers to hear them. That specific employee clocked out around 10 minutes after I had stepped in the door. They had to make the snarky comment as they were walking through the door saying “you guys are going have to wait, I just clocked out, I’m out of here” and then proceeded to have a heated discussion directly outside the establishment with another coworker I would assume. Not a good look for the business to have an employee openly complaining about their job directly outside the location.

Not to also mention that the cleanliness of this location was the lowest I have seen from other locations I have visited.

It seems like they need to get some new management in this establishment and get some employees that are welcoming, attentive, and passionate about their job (even if it’s just for show while they are on the clock).

I will be going to another location from now on because this one is not...

May 23, went in to the Owasso location to order cookies for a birthday dinner. We walked in, were were behind another couple, along with a father and his child. We waited. One guy asked me if we knew how to oder because they'd been there for 5 minutes and no one behind the counter had acknowledged them. I asked the other couple if they had ordered and they said no. So I walked closer to the counter to see if I could get attention from the workers. That didn't work. When asked how we order, both workers spoke, made no eye contact, and told me they were busy filling orders and it would be awhile. We asked again how can we get an order in, and the guy told me that he was making cookies and when he was done he would try to help us. The girl at that point looked up and said sorry, we are just really busy, we have a lot of orders coming in. So we left, the dad and daughter left, and when pulling out of the parking lot, we noticed the other couple leaving. Very poor customer service. If you can't order in the store, don't have the doors open...

Came here days ago with a friend but wanted to write a review because the experience keeps playing in my mind. This was our third time coming to crumbl, and the last two times we ordered online for pick up. This particular third time was unpleasant as we wanted to order inside but as we entered, we were only briefly looked at. We stood obviously waiting for our order to be taken. The employees glanced at us and kept working and we waited it out because we didn’t want to bother them and thought they would come up to us after, but they continued working for a few long minutes until one of them finally said you have to order on the device… Well, how were we suppose to know that? Mind you, there were people around us and behind us waiting to order as well, and it was simply embarrassing and awkward. I’m sorry but not everyone knows how to order at crumbl cookie…We got our cookies and they were great, but it’s the fact that they saw us waiting, looking at them, and still didn’t bother to ask if we needed help or anything that...
