Tonight 10/12/23, Red Robin was having some sort of celebration with the Red Robin and the Driller's mascot Hornsby. We were asked how many in our party by the hostess and Hornsby sat us. We waited 10 minutes while waiters and waitresses walked passed us and then the whole service crew went to the front for pictures. No one acknowledged us or let us know it would be a minute. I finally got the attention of a waitress and asked if anyone had our table, she said she thought it was her but we had to wait until she closed out her food or something like that. At that point we got up and went to the exit and the hostess stated have a good night well I was pretty upset and let them know that I can see having a thing but we could have been advised when we were seated that there may be a delay. They asked if I would like to see the manager I said yes. The manager appeared and I told her the above she asked me what section we were in and who are waitress was. I pointed to where we were sat and told her what I thought the waitress looked like but that I didn't know who our waitress was because we hadn't even gave our drink order. The manager came back and said that the reason this happened is because Hornsby sat us so the waitress didn't know we were her responsibility! Oh yes she said she apologized. I told her that wait people were walking past us before the picture time and we were not acknowledged and it was obvious we hadn't been waited on. She apologized and basically led me to believe she felt we shouldn't be upset as it wasn't their fault but Hornsby's fault. She than said would you like to be seated and served I said no and you just lost a valuable customer because you didn't offer us anything. She turned and as she was walking away she said she offered to cover our meals. As I was leaving I told her she had never let us know our meal would be covered just that we would be seated again. Seriously her excuse that the reason we weren't served was due to who sat us was unbelievable as the hostess gave Hornsby the menus and told him where to seat us. It was the Hostess's responsibility to let the wait staff know we were there. One last thing the manager was very combative so her words of apology really meant nothing. Read moreOwasso location has gone downhill. My family and I went yesterday, Saturday, around 3pm, for my son's birthday meal. Before I sat at the table I went to wash my hands and both faucet handles were gone! I kid you not. The sink faucet handles were missing. Just the internal water valve stems were there. No out of order signs or posted notices. I was able to force the right faucet on by pushing the internal valve stem down. But it would NOT turn off. The restroom was not clean. Our waitress sat us quickly and took our drink and food orders ok. The fried pickle appetizer was good. When the food arrived it was missing the side of coleslaw. I pressed the Call Server button on the robot at the table. After not getting any response to the robot I waived my waitress down. The waitress brought the missing coleslaw to me. Halfway thru the meal my son needed a drink refill. This time we put his empty drink on the table edge AND pushed the robot Call Server button again. This time there was no response from the staff for minutes. Then my drink needed a refill and I put the robot on the table edge next to the 2 empty glasses. NO RESPONSE from our waitress. She walked by 4 times, and served drinks to a table behind us and to my left. THE RESTARAUNT WAS NOT BUSY. It was less than half full. At that time my wife realized she was missing the garlic toast that should have come with the salad. Too late, she was already done eating. Then our waitress came with our drink refills. I asked her if our table robot was working since no one seemed to know we needed service. She advised that they only come if the server sees the red flashing light. LMAO. Well, I guess that's good if the server pays attention or at least comes out to the floor often....ours did not. Service used to be better here. My boys burgers were good. My wife's chicken salad was good(dont know if the missing garlic toast was good or not?) Dont waste your money on the cod and shrimp combo, like I did. It was the same exact quality you would get from Long John S_____, bland and greasy. Red Robin's management, if you care, please get rid of those useless table robots, and give the Owasso location a little pep talk, it's falling...

Went into Red Robin at lunch time, waited about 10 minutes and no one ever came to the front. Many people came in and left due to no one coming to the front. We saw a couple of waitress walk by and they just looked at everyone and kept walking. My husband looked in at the few diners that were seated but no one even had food. We left after giving it about 15 minutes of being ignored, they lost a lot of business while we were there. Put a closed sign on the front door if your not going to take care of paying customers at lunch time. The Owasso location has officially gone to sh*/

We went back to see if things had changed and to our surprise they had. We had the best burgers ever. They have 2 new chefs, Kyle and Conner. The char on the burgers was amazing and perfectly pink on the inside, wow best burger EVER! I'm so glad we decided to give it another try, we'll keep going back for burgers cooked like that! Yummmmmm.
UPDATE: went back a year later, same horrible experience, the waitress hardly says a word and acts like customers are a bother, hostess dressed like a hobo, just not worth ever going in there again, they once had good management but not anymore! Minus 2 stars
Worst service we EVER experienced from the so called hostess who didn't want to seat us at the bar had us wait and when she did seat us the floor had a huge puddle under the table and in front of the table where I almost slipped because I didn't see it. Then no one waited on us for about 20 minutes, they seated other tables and waited on them so we spoke up and FINALLY got a waiter. When the order finally came it was WRONG and incomplete so we sent it back and left. If they continue to hire these young people who don't care about anything but chatting with each other and ignoring customers they will not last. We use to go to the Owasso Red Robin several times a week but unsure if we will return. Someone needs to train these people or risk the restaurant going out...
