The Starbucks App was down. I received an error message. Tried to re-sign in and still received a “our system is having problems, please try back later.” Thing is I have money on the Starbucks App that has already cleared my bank account. I should be able to use that money anytime a Starbucks is open. I called and spoke to the manager, Eric at this location on 96th street. He apologized for the Starbucks App. I called Starbucks Customer Service and spoke to an awesome rep, Fantasia. She had me sign-in to the Starbucks “website.” My account balance pulled up and I could see my available funds. When I went in the Starbucks store. I came and waited approximately 20 minutes in the drive thru line where there were cars waiting with nobody in front of them, then to finally arrive to the speaker to be asked to wait some more. After maybe 10 minutes of waiting with no cars in front of me i'm greeted rushed and rude as if i'm bothering them. So I order then head to the window where there's still the cars from before, and I meet the girl behind the speaker Taylor who opens the window and tells me my total, that's it nothing else. Takes my card without even looking at me, stares at it for a minute, charges it then gives me my drink and my card back.
