Starbucks — Restaurant in Owasso

Well... The tables were clean. Floor looked unswept for over a day. The cashier and staff had the personality of a post, only smiling when I tried to laugh off the alarms on the convection ovens that, really, he was right to stop and take care of. Meanwhile the people at the window stood idelling. 4 people ordered and were served after us. I just asked for a grande Dark Italian or Dark roast... They acted like they did not know about that drink.. eventually decided it was the coffee of the day dark roast according to their sign... My drink came last. My wife's drink came just before mine, but only after 4 other orders, placed after ours, had been prepared by the barista. You know, this might be the worded Starbucks experience ever. It would be different if they were packed, but the place was fairly empty. C'mon, Starbucks, you have run thousands of independent coffee shops out of business because, frankly, you were better. The ladies who work the morning shift are absolutely wonderful! They're very quick on their feet and have never messed up my order (I'm a frequent flyer here, to the point that most of them know me by name) they're always friendly and always welcome everyone with a smile! There's nothing better in the mornings than seeing a sweet message like this when you pickup your morning coffee! Truly makes my entire day! The only time I've ever seen them get busy enough that I didn't get my order within 5 or 10 minutes was when they did the red cup Christmas event, and even then, they were very quick on their feet and my food and drinks were still nice and piping hot when I received them. Best Starbucks location I've been to, keep up the great work ladies! Y'all are phenomenal and never let anyone tell...

I had to post this because I keep giving this place a chance and today was just the last straw. The lady who served me was kind, but it is always the people who make the drinks who never make the drinks right. Almost 95% of the time i ask for light ice, and I get served a venti cup full of ice of whatever my drink is. So this morning I decided to try to ask for no ice because they never make my drink right anyway … what do I get? Half a drink IN A VENTI CUP. But when I order “REGULAR” venti cup size drink they give me light ice. Are you guys serious? There is no consistency. In all my years of drinking Starbucks I have never been served half a drink when asking for no ice. They just fill up the rest of the drink with more liquid to make up the difference. I cannot waste my money...
