Casey's — Restaurant in Owatonna

Ran into get ice cream cone but this Casey's doesn't have a machine so decided to get a slushy as pictured on a sign outside the store for 99 cents but they didn't have that machine either. Decided on cold brew, but machine not filled . This Casey's was dirty, several soft drink items such as lids, creamer, etc. not stocked, ice machine broken with dirty bin of melted ice toy use, the other automatic cold coffee drink machine was broken. Just kind of yuck and made me not want to touch anything. In defense of the workers inside they could have used another hand on deck. They probably don't have time to tend...

I've been to this Casey's location several times and every single time I go, there's a problem. They always forget my brownie bites in particular. The staff is always nice until they have to come tell me they dont have them. They never apologize and never offer some kind of discount for making me wait around. It's always the same guy preparing that messes up my order; either he never learns or their system sucks. I always kick myself for going to this location rather than the other...

Sorry, you have permanently lost my business. If you are going to require someone to be in your store with a mask; like the shirt and shoes, rule please post this. Since, some of us are fighting inner problems that already put us at a high risk it would help in keeping us informed and not having to argue with your employees' which then opens you up to the HIPAA issue.
