Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Owatonna

What can i say. I wanted to give this smaller brand coffee shop a chance . So we visited this location. Worst money i have wasted. We were not so familiar with the menu. But we ordered what we thought would be good ones. We order the Chai Ice Latte, berrylemonade, vanilla ice cofee type drink and a green matcha. The girl handling the order taking was rushing us at all times. She seems like we were being a burden to her for taking our order. We get to the window. The order taker seemed annoyed and bothered. When we were in the the line getting to the window we saw they were anouncing the blossom green matcha and we decided to add at window. Maybe it was an inconvinience but she did a drink. She seem angry and annoyed with us. Felt very hostile from her part. When we get the drink we see there is no pink on it just a matcha drink. We got around the drive thru again and tell her we ordered the blossom green. Matcha she went on to bicker and fight with us that thats not what i had ordered. And was very rude handling the mistake on her end. She made the right drink and it was disgusting. I think she made it disgusting on purpose. Because i tried the regular matcha and taste good. So if anything the pink flavor would only enhance the great flavor already. Bad choice in coming here. As a first time customer i will not be returning to this location at all. The order taker seemed like the manager. So overall bad service dont come here as a first time customer. They wont give you the chance to love it....

Stopped by for a coffee before my “me time” and it was such a joy! The staff at the speaker was bubbly and ready to help, could feel the kindness in their voice. My Salted Caramel Crème Cold Brew was AMAZING! (New favorite drink) The flavor was well balanced- no super sugary end of the drink. The cold foam was the perfect texture, the presentation was clean and most importantly I could tell they were happy to serve me. Thank you to the Scooters Team for being great at what...

Ordered a hot latte, worker couldn’t find the button in the computer. Got to the window, after a long wait for just my one drink, I hear someone in the back say” I think I made this wrong” then I am handed a cold iced beverage. Again, I said, I ordered a hot latte. The worker seemed confused, took the cold one back and again I am left waiting. Handed what I assume I the correct drink only to be then asked if I am okay...
