Got food through the drive through around 8:30pm, got home and when my son opened his sandwich he found a bug that looked like a baby roach. We called the store to bring the sandwiches back and get a refund but were told we would have to wait because there was no manager and it was close to closing time. They took down our name and said to call back the next day a to speak to the manager. When we called the next day they had no record of our name or that we had an issue the night before was told by the manager that was there after saying he contacted the general manager that I could not just get a cash refund with the purchase being a previous day I would have to contact my bank to get my money refunded which makes absolutely zero sense I’ve never heard of doing this in my life. I said my bank cannot just refund money that has already been paid to another company. He told me to give him a moment while he contacted his general manager again and ever got back on the line was on the line for at least 30 minutes and eventually they hung up their phone. We had went to an event that ended late so just wanted to get a quick meal for our family and instead had to still provide another meal after already spending $45 for the meal that we were to disgusted to eat. I think that is more than enough reason to deserve a refund and the purchase amount wasn’t light considering the food got wasted. I have never heard of a place just flat out not being able to provide a refund. Fell in here tonight. The CHILDREN (at least by their actions) were not concerned, in the least. The girl did indigently say, from behind the counter, "are you ok!". No one came to help me up or anything. Then she, and the boy there with her, turn their backs to me, whispering. I ask for the district manager's contact number and he hem's and ha's about not having it so I said I'd get it online. I told them a mat could have prevented this and/or a wet floor sign. Do they get one..NO! Again, I say they need to put out a wet floor sign because someone else could walk in and the same thing happen. The girl then comes from behind the counter but doesn't get a sign, no, she gets yet another guy from outside the back door, whom I presume was "the manager". While unfolding this story to him, I mention a wet floor sign TWICE before one was gotten out (by the girl) but then not set up! "The manager" did this when we'd finished talking. And no, no one took a mop to the floor. And if you're wondering about a mat, oh, they have one but they take it up around 8:30 when they start cleaning. My incident happened a little before 8:50. The district manager, Brie will be in there tomorrow (or so "the manager says) and so will I, for the last time. As I sit typing this, my right knee, right shoulder and right elbow are killing me! Tonight was my first experience here. Went to order online and it said I could only pay with card or gift card so I called in. The girl on the phone was rude af to say the least. She answered and never said anything for a good while. I said hello? She said what do you want?.. I began reading off my order and she cuts me off and she said uhh, I need your address first. Okay, you just asked me what I wanted but no big deal. When I put my order in online it came out to be $17 and change. When I was done reading everything off after she asked me multiple times if that was it she said my total was $19 almost $20 said it would be out shortly and gave me no wait time and hung up before I could even say anything. My food arrives and I question the guy about my order and he says he doesn't know, it looks the same(still had my online order pulled up). I get inside and there's 3 things in my bag and I'm automatically throw off.
