Starbucks — Restaurant in Owensboro

My family and I just left a volleyball game and we wanted to celebrate with getting some starbucks, We got to the this store at 8:20pm and the cashier told us the espresso machine was broken, which someone call her off ans tell us she was lying, she has already turn the over off so we were unable to get any sandwich, or anything warm. She won't even sale to us nothing blended because she had already wash everything. What's the point on having the time to be close at 9pm when your employees refuse to do anything for the costumers.
