Ordered take out and unfortunately did not check the order before leaving. When i got home one of the subs was missing so i called to complain. I was told i could come by tomorrow to get my “free” sub that i had already paid for. No offer to compensate me for my time or missing food. I called today and spoke with the owner who said he couldn’t offer anything extra or he would not be able to stay in business. Apparently, they make a lot of mistakes. Several months before this episode, I ordered steak and cheese, and they put cheddar cheese on the sandwich and not provolone or Swiss. I just chalked it up to a new employee who was still learning and called to let them know about the mistake. At this point, I think I will take my business elsewhere. A company should try to rectify the wrong with a customer, but apparently that is not the case...
Read moreSara Johnson and Kayla was amazing. We previously had to leave under unfortunate circumstances and wasn't able to get our food. I got a text from Sara after a few days giving me the option to have my wife and ours food remade or get reimbursed. They actually went out of their way to find my personal phone number and text me from their phones... This is the hallmark of customer service and they should be accommodated for this. They kept our receipt and remade our order and told us they were thinking of us during our hard time. If anyone stops by and see's them, please take note of this and show them you appreciate their hard work...
