⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a fantastic experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location that I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming, and that energy was largely thanks to the amazing woman with pink hair working at the register. She was an absolute ray of sunshine—full of positive energy, incredibly kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers. You could tell she really cared about making people’s mornings better, and she absolutely succeeded in doing that for me.

She greeted me with a big smile, took my order quickly and efficiently, and even made a little small talk that felt warm and sincere. It wasn’t forced or rushed—just real human kindness, which you don’t always find during a busy coffee run. On top of the great customer service, the drinks were prepared in record time. I barely had a moment to look at my phone before they were ready, and they came out exactly as I ordered them—hot, fresh, and delicious.

The entire staff seemed to work well together, but the woman at the front truly stood out. Her positive attitude and efficiency made the experience so enjoyable, I honestly left in a better mood than when I arrived. It’s not just about grabbing coffee—it’s about how you’re treated, and this team really goes above and beyond.

i love some good ol dunkin’ donuts always some delicious coffee and my second option for when i want some only bc of mcdonald’s mocha frappes but you can’t beat that but anyways i may be overreacting or dramatic it’s not that big of a deal honestly but it kinda upset me because i was debating if i should even get dunkin because i’m broke and trying to save for vacation that’s in a week but i was like yeah imma just get something anyways and i got a mocha frappe or idk what it’s called the one with whipped cream on top and bro i swearrr that person did nooooooot blend up my drink it had big ol chunks in it to where i had to drink without the straw and spit it out and i also waited an immensely long time which i definitely see no issue with at all since i’m in no rush except why take that long and then it be like that yk? but anywho just bringing attention to this it’s probably just one simple mistake that isn’t made often cause i always have a perfect time when i go but i still...

Greeted kindly and patiently. Beautiful Dunkin Donuts. The coffee on the other hand was underwhelming. They did not have cold foam lids. In fact, we didn't even get cold foam, they just gave us whipped cream and charged us for cold foam. The coffee was bitter from being overcooked. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. This Dunkins standard of sugar versus any other Dunkin I've been to lacked the appropriate amount of sugar by comparison. I can't say I've had a worser cup of coffee from any other Dunkin' Donuts. I might have just caught them on a bad day. They do need to address this and make sure they're serving a product worthy...
