i love love love their food and coffee, and i never usually have a problem, but this has been an issue the last three times ive ordered this. why advertise it as a pancake wrap when youre going to just give me a tortilla? ive gotten the pancake wrap ONCE, and it was so good when i managed to get the right item, but the last three times ive tried to order it theyve given me the regular breakfast wrap. first time i figured meh, people make mistakes, who cares. second time my bf had brought me the food and i was at work so i couldnt give it back. this morning i got another one, same story, and i am at work so i cant just give it back since i got it doordashed. please. i literally just want to eat a pancake wrap one more time before it leaves if at all possible. :( these are fine but the pancake one was so good i feel like it was a fever dream or...

Manager is very unprofessional. Ive went in about 3 times this week and the workers were busy .I proceed to ask where is the manager everytime they say he left and will be back orr is sitting on the computer . It’s ridiculous to have a manager that doesn’t help I feel horrible for the employees . Food and customer service was great . They deserve a new manager. I’m giving them 2 stars because the bakery items were good. I’ve been there upwards of 5 times. Doesn’t matter if I get a cold brew or hot coffee. I have to explain to them what’s in the drink. 2 times I went the coffee was burnt and I had to give money back to the cashier at the window due to them giving me change that added up to more than the money I gave them.
