Del's Pizza — Restaurant in Oxnard

I never really had a bad experience with this place until recently, I ordered a special xlarge pizza with wings for delivery upon delivery I noticed my order was wrong I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza and received a ham and pepperoni instead I tried calling the number and it wouldn't go through . Until I used my friends iPhone to call using Siri and got through. When I told the young lady about what happened she didn't even apologized she just stayed quiet not knowing what to say or do she told me that she only works weekends so there was nothing that she could do since it wasn't her shift Which Is outmost ridiculous . The fact that she's even a manager surpasses me. She was super unprofessional and had no customer service experience at all. And if that's how they do business they lost...

3. 2/17/2020: After my review on the wings, Mr. Del gave me a free order of wings. Let me tell you, they were delicious! Crispy and the sauce was good. You can tell by the photos which ones were good and which ones weren't. And as always, great pizza!
4. I went back and ordered wings (5 reg.& 5 hot), breadsticks, lg. pizza and a 2 liter (A special for $20.99). Pizza was delicious again, BUT the wings were not good. They were very chewy, I bit one and gave it to the dog. The breadsticks were okay, pretty plain. Will ONLY go back for pizza.
5. Ordered the El Gigante and it was delicious and great price: $15.99. First delivery is free. The other specials are good prices as well. Overall, it was big enough and tasty....

I did not go to the restaurant its self and did request it to be delivered to my house this was the only option dominos took 20 min to pick up Pizza Hut was going to take 2 hours to deliver so I decided to call Del's Pizza and they did not disappoint I ordered 10 pc wings and a large pizza the wing OML so tender and sweat n' spicy came right off the bone would recommend it 100% the pizza is pizza not much to say and the service is nice and fast and did not make me wait for a 2 hour delivery Much...
