Ordered online at 5:31p tonight. Confirmation email said delivery at 6:07p. At 6:15 had not received pizza, called and was told by employee that pizzas were just being made and would be another 20-30 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager. A female got on the phone and I explained the situation. She became very short tempered and rude and seemed to not believe what I was telling her. She said online times were never correct, and my pizzas were on the way and should be at my house within the next 5 minutes. When I asked about a discount for the inconvience, she rudely told me that $5 off was about the best she could do. At 6:30 my order had still not arrived so I called back and asked to speak to the manager. I was placed on hold and after a minute and a half, the phone was hung up. I called right back, furious at this time, and again asked to speak to a manager. A man named Wes got on the phone, and again, I explained the situation again. He made every excuse possible. Said they had a rush of 25 orders come in at once, everyone wanted to eat at the same time, online times never accurate, only 5 drivers, etc. Said the driver had left 15 min earlier and only had one stop before mine. The driver did show up while I was in the phone with the manager. We finally sit down to eat and discover another problem. We had ordered 3 large 1 topping pizzas and breadsticks. All basic, nothing special. All 3 pizzas were still doughy and undercooked. The breadsticks were the only thing done. Called the store AGAIN, began to explain the problem now, and was once again hung up on. Forget it. The first time, employees were young and rude, and messed up our order. It was still something we'd eat, so we just went with it. We were in the process of moving here to Ozark and didn't have the time nor the energy to deal with it. The second time, the crust was burnt (not overly brown; we're talking charred black) on one whole pizza. Again, it was situational, off went the crust, and we left it alone. The third time was the day after Thanksgiving (11/24/2023). Three pizzas. The crust on one pizza was totally wrong, then on another pizza, there was nothing on it that resembled what was ordered, other than the sauce, cheese, and crust. If this was the first time and it was the day prior to a holiday, I get it. Busy day/night. But it wasn't and this is a problem. I'm not sure who's to blame here - management for not keeping an eye on the employees or perhaps poor training, or maybe it's the employees who either don't pay attention or simply don't care because they get paid anyway. Nevertheless, this location needs to get it together. We order online & pick up for a reason.
This can't just be a "coincidence". I'm also not saying we're being singled out, because I know that's not right either. I am saying however, someone is not doing their job like they're supposed to. Do your job correctly. It's a good thing you're not tampering with someone who has food allergies.

Read more5 stars for the wings we actually received and negative 1000 stars for the awful customer service. We ordered at 5:35pm tonight 10/31. We got our food (just wings) around 6:20, as promised. But we were missing our pizza, Pasta and bread. I called what is evidently their call center who can do nothing because its on a different system. They transferred me to the store, who told me they would have the manager call me. 15 minutes later I call back, still not having received a return phone call. When i finally get through, they tell me to call them back in 30 minutes because "it's Halloween and they're busy." Okay, whatever. Well here it is, an hour later and I've made 8 calls trying to get through only to be redirected to the call center and what can only be hung up on twice now since I heard 1 ring the first time and 2 the second both followed by clicks.
