The fact that we ordered an order to be picked up and when we arrived we tried to go through the drive thru as we have multiple children in the car and it’s the easiest. We were told we cannot go through the drive thru as we had selected to pick it up inside, which it had reset when the app crashed and we pulled it back up and ordered not knowing. When going inside the food still wasn’t even ready even though we ordered in advance before entering Ozark. Some of the food was already cold as we examined it in the car after receiving it. We also received two straws for six drinks and six shakes. We did at least receive 6 spoons but they forgot half of the condiments we ordered. I understand you guys deal with jerks all day and have gave up on caring about anything but you need better customer service. Smile, ask someone how their day is, recommend something new to try. There is no reason the customer service is so poor here. There needs to be better training for employees when it comes to customer service. My past few visits have been awful and has made me start going to Springfield. I use to go here all the time because of the people but now I’m detoured from this place because of the people.
Moving on to the food. The ”saucy” nuggets have basically no sauce so ask for extra. I got buffalo and didn’t even need the ranch because it wasn’t spicy with how little sauce it had on it. The new thin mint frosty’s are amazing. The burgers were cold so they were not good. The fries were cold but dipping them in the frosty’s made them better. It’s overall a disappointing experience and hope to see improvement when I find myself needing to make a last...
Read moreThe Wendy's in Ozark, MO does a great job in getting your order right and moving customers through as efficiently & quickly as possible. If you run into trouble there, it's going to be because of the slackers, inbreds and knuckle dragging dullards ahead of you in line, who will puzzle over the big menu board at the drive-thru, or inside at the counter, as though it contained all manner of wonders and mysteries. You've seen smarter apes at the city zoo. Creatures unwashed and glassy-eyed, barely sapient enough to somehow operate a motor vehicle just long enough to lodge it in everyone's way at the Wendy's drive through, will argue with the poor teenager on the other side of the speaker over what sauce they'll get, or perhaps what the price should be, as though pleading with some mysterious demigod. They will want to meticulously customize every item in the order at what is essentially just a fast food burger joint, and will stamp their feet and squall, hiss and spit until they get their way, everyone in line behind them trying to grab a bite and get to work be damned, and then try to pay for it with food stamps... causing an even longer wait. Think I'm joking? Try getting lunch there. You have...
Read moreWOW...didn't expect to deal with drama at a Wendy's. First of all I want to say how kind and understanding the lady was that brought our food to us. She was trying so hard to make things correct for us. However, I am assuming, it was her boss that made this one of the most difficult experiences at a fast food restaurant that we have ever had. Items missing from our order... double stack, bacon and cheese bake potato, orange frosty, and all the sauces we ordered. Took two times going inside and they refused to give us the double stack because their computer said what they gave us was correct. We even brought in the receipt. She informed us we would have to bring in the entire order for them to go through to prove we were short. Interesting concept considering this took 20 minutes and some of that food was long in the tummies of my four kids in the car. Please also note the sanitary concerns as we watched the man filling the frosties lick his fingers... (Which he probably wouldn't have had to do if they were actually frozen ... Very melted!) Please don't come here. I can only imagine what goes on in the places you can't see if they act this way to your face. Very...
