McDonald's — Restaurant in Paddock Lake

Normally I am not one to do a negative review on a restaurant because I know the impact it can have on a restaurant considering I am a General Manager in the food industry myself. This is single-handedly the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. I went though the drive-thru around 8:30 P.M. and ordered a double cheeseburger and a mcchicken. I live approximately 7 minutes from this location so by the time I made it home to eat, my food was still very warm. Here is where this visit took a very bad turn. By 10:45 P.M. I was vomiting uncontrollably and could not keep anything down including liquids. It is now 3:30 A.M. and I still cannot keep any liquids down. What is very alarming to me is that a friend of mines mother ate there less than 24 hours before me and she ALSO became very ill. This is something that needs to be looked into because this is unacceptable by all means. I will be contacting a corporate office regarding this issue and hope that no one else was affected by this issue within this restaurant. Again, I am extremely disappointed and you now have lost 2 loyal customers and I will go out of my way to spread the word of this incident in hopes that no one else has to experience what I am going through. If this does not get better within the next couple of hours I will be going to the Emergency Room and I also will be contacting the local health department.

P.S.- I genuinely hope that this is taken seriously by upper management and you understand the severity of this situation. I hate to add another mediocre review for this McDonald's, because it's my hometown McD's, but I have to. Went through drive thru at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. Not busy in drive thru or inside. Ordered fish sandwich and hot latte. Got sandwich, guy at window asks me if I got my latte. He's the only one working the window that I can tell, and he didn't give me my latte, so who else would? So he then proceeds to go to the machine to make it, only it looks like he had to add fresh grounds to the machine, because he dumps out the used grounds. So now I have to go around the corner and wait. For a beverage. I'm a very patient person, and the drive thru started to pick up, so I figured they got really busy, no big deal. Ten minutes later, still no latte. Now I'm irritated. It's freezing cold outside, wet, sloppy snow coming down, and now I have to go inside to ask where's my drink? So I go to the counter, I ask the same guy where's my latte? He looks confused. Then another worker points to a random cup sitting on the counter and say "I just made it, but nobody told me where it was supposed to go." Then they guy looks at me and asks me "Nobody brought this out to you?" Seriously?! It's sitting on the counter! Now I'm mad - "Obviously not!" I tell him. He apologizes and made me a new one, and I should have gotten it for free, but they didn't offer. That drive thru is always a circus. I like the Waterford McDonald's better, but it's out of my way. Edit: SOME THINGS NEVER CHANGE! Ordered 2 chicken deluxe sandwiches and a small fry only to bite down and have my mouth instantly burn and tingle. I was given 2 of the spicy chicken deluxes instead! And my fries were old. Theres a reason why some people dont eat spicy food. You guys need to pay better attention to what you're doing. Hubby just came from drive thru. U guys said itd be a few minutes as u were waiting on fresh fries. These are the grossest oldest stale fries ive ever had from ANY mcdonnalds! There should be a timer by that heat lamp....after so many minutes the fries should be tossed. DISGUSTING! Nothing like starving and getting the nights old left over food thats been sitting. And now im editing this because not even my sandwich was fresh. Prices go up and quality goes down. Best part about my meal is the soda but thats because the machine did that part. Im going to start ordering my fries UNSALTED so u HAVE to make mine fresh every time. Then just for laughs....ask for salt packets for my FRESH HOT fries at the window. Bread is so dry it like split in half and you guys cant even slap a sadwich together properly. THIS is why everyone laughs about fast food employees wanting more pay. Most dont even work hard enough to earn what you're already being paid. If you know you wouldnt want to eat old food then dont feed it to PAYING...
