Unfortunately, as much as I was looking forward to try their highly recommended sandwiches, I was disappointed so much. The staff was not in the mood to work today for some reason, smiles are contagious and I didn't receive non as I walked through the door, being flat faced and the fact I had to drag words out of her mouth while placing my order discouraged me me to go further and I politely asked her to cancel it, mind you it's my first time and unaware of how they serve the sandwich or what can add on it or wether I'm able to grill it or not, oh man my struggle was real at this point so I had to leave before her negative energy hits my aura. If the employee is not happy for some reason with his/her job they better not be working at all, we all have our days, but a simple fake smile can do alot and always turn to a real smile with good conversation and professional service. I truly wish that this message reaches management and work on making their employees happier and joyful. I hope she has better days ahead. But overall, the place was clean and smelled so good as they said (Free Smells) Boy i was looking forward for a great yummy sandwich...

It was ready almost as soon as I was done paying and it looks like someone carefully placed the ingredients on the roll which is encouraging and really done at some other places. I found the sandwich to be good and...
Read morePrefer vs subway but that's a personal preference not sure everyone would feel the same. Service and atmosphere is excellent if you go to the hinkleville road one. Blonde hair girl slightly rotund(best way I know to describe and still be polite) Jackson Street one not so much. Went there a few days ago and the lady literally put all the mayo lettuce etc in one spot in the middle of my sandwich and when I opened it there was a massive hole in the bread. And I got the new sandwich could only eat half of it bc of how she made it. I'm very disappointed if you don't like your job please don't take it out on me. These sandwiches aren't cheap. Like 12 to 13 dollars...
