McDonald's — Restaurant in Paducah

Now I understand completely that lunch time is a rush time and they are busy but, not only did we have to pull over to the side to wait for our food but when the food came to us it wasn't our order at all. We hollered at the girl (whose name was Kayla and she was the manager of the store) to let her know she gave us the wrong order but she ignored us for several times we hollered to get her attention. When we did gain her attention she was extremely rude to us for having her come back to the vehicle. When we explained that she delivered the wrong order she got hateful to us about that as well. Saying what do you mean it's the wrong order. So once again we explained nothing in those bags of food was what we ordered. And she walked off while we were trying to tell her what we did order. When she finally brought our order to us, which was almost 15 mins later, we started to address our complaint of it taking so long on top of it being wrong the first time and with a smart attitude she claimed she was sorry but we at least now had our correct order and then stood at the driver side window watching us eat. I finally told her to kindly please walk p away from the vehicle so we could eat and as she walked away she said under.breath "Bout time your happy". Now I know that as a worker and as a customer her entire attitude and comments were completely unacceptable and uncalled for. As someone who once worked in customer service and retail, it's ethically wrong to argue or make rude comments as she did. As a manager she should of offer the food as well as money back or at least some type...

• Micky-Dee's in general is a quick, fast, grab & go----no wait food stop. Often the food is pre-made and placed under heat lamp warmers, --UNLESS-- you order a freshly made, or special order. New Intro. Sandwichs are interesting but usually are temporary try outs to boost sells. McDonald's daily menu soon becomes the same--old, same--old taste. Drink prices are good. Restaurant and Restrooms kept clean. .....
• McDonald's New Hire-ins Need to Understand the Importance of Filling Your Order Correctly. Often after leaving the drive--thru we find wrong or missing items. .....
• Being Diabetics, we ordered 2 large Un-Sweet Teas. After adding sweeteners to our tea, we took a drink only to find it was sweet tea. Both Sugar and Sweeteners make an extreme ( Heavy Sweet YUCK Taste ). Please Pay attention. Everyone is human and make mistakes but Please Try to be sure the customer's order is right ! This is Most Aggravating ! ! .....
• Usually there is a Micky-Dee located down in a town or at busy populated Interstate exits, this you can count on. We frequent this convenience when distance traveling. .....
• Even though we have menu "Taste--Burn--Out." You can depend on finding a McDonald's the next exit stop down the road. Due to wrong orders, a --( 4-☆ ) *...

Came through here in the early a.m. and the computer system for the store was shutdown due to a system failure, BUT crew members working the late night shift FAILED to FULLY DISCLOSE that FACT with me until after my order was taken and processed, "by hand" in the drive-thru. No cash receipts either! I don't like that. I want proof of my order. I don't know or trust you like that. Sorry not sorry. Breakfast was good though! Very hot and fresh, STILL, when I got it home.

Drive-thru ONLY is 24/7. Overnight crew when I came through was very nice, professional overall. Catch 22 their with no cash receipts, UGH!

Give this 24/7 Mickey D's location a try, BUT operate at your own risk if you know what I mean?
