The coffee is good, if you add a bit of salt. Otherwise it tastes like burnt coffee that the kids seem to be into now a days.
The donuts are good, but the employees have a tendency to handle food and money while wearing serving gloves.
Wasn't it a magical night.
I found out that the local Dunkin' Donuts was open 24/7 while visiting a friend.
So we walked over and found that the front door was locked but that the drive thru was open. So we walked around the building, waited in line and were promptly ignored when we reached the menu board.
So figuring that we had not set off the sensors we allowed the car behind us through and they were promptly served.
We waited again and tried to arouse the attention of the server to no avail.
Since the speaker didn't seem to work we walked up to the window and the young lady behind the counter told us that it was illegal to walk through the drive thru (It is not) and that she would not serve two paying customers.
Isn't it nice to know that people on foot are second class citizens in the eyes of the high school dropouts that man the lard frying machines at my local Dunkin' Donuts.
But i guess each dark cloud has a silver lining. In this case i most probably dodged a Hep C loaded bullet. The belligerent young lady at the counter had a facial lesion that looked like a Hollywood alien was about the be birthed from her now digested head.
Thank you for making me appreciate the taste of...
Read moreWorst experience possible. The people at the window are rude & act like you’re asking them for a favor by taking your order. I was there today and the guy at the window didn’t even greet me but I looked past that Because I really needed the order. I let the person at the window know I had a big order and that I’d let them know when I was done, he continued to say “anything else” after everything I ordered, and everytime I ordered something else the guy on the received sighed like it was a bad thing. After continuous sighing I asked if I was bothering him and he said no but continued to be careless about my order so I said he can just cancel it and he started laughing. I pulled up to the window and asked for a manager to which they told me I couldn’t speak with because she was mad screaming on the phone with someone else. I told one of the girls I didn’t care if she was mad already and that I would wait to speak to her. I was told I can’t talk to a manager until Tuesday morning because she wasn’t available & wouldn’t be. I went to Mentor Dunkin and while the wait was much longer the service was a lot better. I called later to speak to a manager to be told “the manager isn’t here”. I will definitely not be returning - this isn’t the first time the staff has been careless and the manager is nowhere...
Read moreI've been going to Dunkin everyday for years and I always get the same drink. 2 shots of espresso over ice. Originally my drink was 2.09 for awhile. About 6 months ago the price changed to 2.29, okay whatever. Last week they started charging me 2.79 , I didn't say anything. Then today it was 3.08? I asked why and the manager told me that she is charging me 80 cents for ice because she's not gonna continue loosing money on my order. Not to mention she is beyond rude everytime. She personally has some weird problem with me and ups my prices because my friend would get the same drink and it would be the original price. So basically in the last 6 months she raised my drink price up a dollar. Which is almost a 50% increase. Anyway I'm not going there anymore. I've been nice and patient for years with how rude she is and you would think she would be nicer to her everyday customers but I guess not. If you're a loyal customer she's just gonna keep raising your pricings over and over again. 80 cents for ice? It's frozen water lol. Water is free. Anyway I'm good I will be going to Starbucks from now on where I'm actually treated like a customer and not a...
