Was just in tonight and left without ordering after they skipped over me to have the next customer move down beside me and break social distancing laws to place their order. I told the employee I was next and had an order to which he said I thought you had ordered and started making the customer’s behind me instead. The regular food station was closed and instead everything was squeezed over to the left past the register, which is where orders were being taken. I thought there was absolutely no way the employee could not have known I hadn’t yet ordered. So I am now standing there by the register with the customer behind me getting helped, waiting for someone else to take my order. Another employee asked what I needed to which I explained what happened. They literally asked at that point if I had told the other employee I wanted to order something, to which I said yes, I just told you I did. I told them I was just going to leave to which the first employee said something about not knowing what happened to which the second employee replied, “don’t worry about it.” Not sure what was so confusing about me being next in line, speaking up when getting passed over and my further repeated explanation. The only way, in my opinion, this couldn’t have been deliberate is if the guy was intoxicated. As it was towards closing and another negative review mentioned possible alcohol breath on the staff, my inclination is to think perhaps. Furthermore other people are right about their small meat portions, hard rice and hair in food, which I let slide in the past as I was dining in, and I had them remake it. This is going to be it for me and this location as there are plenty of other places to get better food...
Read moreThis is without a doubt the worst Chipotle location that I've ever been to. I've had recurring issues with pick up orders. In the past several months, two of my orders were not made when I arrived even though the app said that they were completed, and twice I brought my order home to find that it was completely wrong. It wasn't just that they forgot an ingredient, none of the ingredients were correct. The last time, I asked to speak to the manager and he was aloof and seemed annoyed that I speaking to him. He asked someone to remake my order and she made the incorrect burrito again. The staff here will make three burritos in order to get one correct. One time, I tried going through the line so I could watch them and he kept putting in the wrong ingredients on even though I was telling him exactly what I wanted. The staff is also in dire need of training because they struggle to roll up burritos and I don't get anything extra. My order is a standard size burrito. The service here is absolutely abysmal. The staff completely ignores you until you make a concerted effort to get their attention and they look at and treat you like you're an annoyance to them. This location is in dire need of a visit from a district or regional manager to correct all of the service issues and maybe replace the staff with better employees. If you are considering visiting this location, don't. Just go up the street to Qdoba or spend a little more timing driving to a better Chipotle location. It will be worth the extra commute time. I don't want compensation in the form of free food. I just want this location...
Read moreThis is the first time I’ve ever taken the time to post a rating, but this Chipotle has completely plummeted in service and quality. It’s my daughter’s favorite place so we eat here on average twice a week and have for many years. I worked in food service my whole life from an early age, so I know it’s a frustrating job. I give a lot of grace and always tip to show my appreciation, but the workers at this location have become beyond rude and abrasive. They are always out of ingredients and they all have on headphones so there is no rush to anything they do. My 8 yr old ordered a steak burrito bowl tonight and the steak portion was the last of the container and clearly burnt so I asked if we could have fresh steak they were cutting. The worker looked at me and said no it’s not burnt so you can take it or leave it? My daughter said she still wanted it, but then wouldn’t eat it because it was beyond burnt. I don’t care about the raising of prices, but when you raise prices and the quality and service decline to this level it’s time to move on. Again, my family loves Chipotle and it’s close to our home, so we’ve given it months now, but it’s only getting worse. ...
