Food here is phenomenal! All of their selection on the menu is amazing! You will absolutely love every single bite you might have on their food. All of the food on their menu is really worth a try and mouth-watering. All of their offers are good and affordable. Absolutely phenomenal! Their staff here is helpful and friendly. They will really greet you and show a big smile to you as a welcome. They are so nice and they all treat the customers so well. It is so happy and fun to be with them. They are great. This place is full of awesome people. Capri Deli is exceptional. Their location is so perfect, they are so near, and they are so easy to find. You can find them in just a few minutes from where you are. Their place is huge and amazing. You will absolutely enjoy the whole place. Their interior has a good ambiance and very relaxing. You can really enjoy spending time in this place with your friends or family. This place is really a must visit. Capri Deli is really a great spot in this area of Palatine. They are such a hidden gem. I will definitely go back here again when I have some free time. Really want to explore their menu and try the other food they have. I am not in the habit of down rating a business, but in this case, I'll make an exception. After reading this, ask yourself "is this the kind of place you want to do business with"? Never having used this deli before, I decided to call to see if they had bulk meatballs for sale, for a Christmas party. The lady that answered told me that the meatballs were $2.10 each, which I thought was a bit expensive. I asked how big they were, or how much do they weigh? She said "hold on a minute". Then a man got on the phone and asked somewhat abruptly, "what do you need"? Again I asked " how big are the meatballs, or how much do they weigh"? The answer was, "pretty big; - - I'll bet they are bigger than yours". I sat there in astonishment for a moment and before I could speak again, he said " I'm busy - - don't have time to talk, and "HUNG UP" on me. Even if these were the best meatballs in the world, I sure wouldn't "darken their doorstep." I can't believe anyone could be that crude or rude to a potential customer they didn't know. No words can tell how much I love the foods in this place and I can agree to some saying that it is the best sub spot in the area because it really is. I cannot count how many times I went in here just to grab something and anything form their wide menu selection. Anything that I would order tastes great although there are also some that I tried from their menu that I do not really like that is why I never ordered it again. The thing that makes them special is definitely how they prepared their foods. Everything and every single ingredient they put on every order is fresh that is why even the simple sub that is made by them is delicious. Staffs are also very nice and friendly. Prices are average and definitely reasonable for every single order food from this spot. A must visit spot in Palatine. It's been long since I visited the spot and I am now missing it, would definitely visit again soon. Highly...
