I ordered a pizza online at 1:29pm on a Saturday. It is now 2:44pm and I still do not have my pizza. I live like 5 minutes from the little ceasers. This is not the only time I have ordered and had to wait over an hour for a pizza but it is my last time. It said would be delivered at 2:01pm. I highly recommend to not order from little ceasers especially the one off of Dundee in palatine. The wait is just too long. Having gone to location previously for other orders the workers seem to not really care and are disorganized. One time I went and it took almost 20 minutes before someone decided to man the register despite multiple people waiting and trying to get the staffs attention. I gave 1 star but wish I could give 0. Worst pizza ordering experience I have ever had.
Update: pizza did arrive at around 3pm (an hour and a half wait.) the pizza was not even cut well and I had to recut it myself and was also incorrect. I had ordered the stuffed pretzel crust pizza and got stuffed regular crust. This experience was overall just negative. Will never get little ceasers again and highly recommend people to avoid this shop and their whole company like the plague. Next time I will just get dominoes since I never have had issues with them and their quality is much better (slightly more pricey but at this point I’m willing to pay more for better pizza...
Read moreUNEATABLE, DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Lol you can just scroll a little down and see all the other 1 star reviews for here recently, and how many people also had a terrible experience/food. OWNER can you step in? Used to come here weekly, and I’m not sure what happen? Store is always grimy. The quality has gone straight down, i had to reorder TWICE with a rude manager “Eddy” and it was still the worst crazy bread I’ve ever received, not kidding. It was so dry the sticks had cracks. On the second order i asked him if he could make them better? And he said “nope this is how i make them”..LOL okay then i ain’t buyin! He also didn’t need to argue with me about what i thought of his sticks. It’s my opinion as a customer, and he didn’t want to hear it or believe me, which i was taken aback by. So fortunately i got my money back. This store only does online orders which means they hardly have to interact with customers, which is why it’s so upsetting when you have to deal with a manager because they clearly don’t want to talk to people/ don’t know how to deal with an escalated situation. Please revamp or add new management or unfortunately this location will continue to receive terrible reviews. I’ve tried too many times, not coming back here...
Read moreEditing review on June 23, 2018 I havent seen the female manager in a while. Guessing she was terminated. Now theres an older gentleman who actually knows what hes doing.
Theres food ready now, and if not, it's usually just a minute or two wait. NOW it's a good place to get some quick lunch.
Like other reviews have said. Never have anything ready. And I know this since I go there for lunch. So i decided to call ahead for a simple order of crazy bread.
Girl who took my call said 10 mins. Hung up. Didn't ask for name or anything. I wait the 10 mins and start heading over (2 min drive from my work) and lo and behold..they didn't have the most simplest of orders ready.
Told me it be 5 minutes...
Walked out. The female manager ALWAYS seems annoyed/frustrated. Today she was mad about pizza boxes not being built. She slammed a large amount of unbuilt puzza boxes on the counter and yelled asking "WHY WEREN'T PUZZA BOXES BUILT YESTERDAY?!?!"
The older gentleman that works there however is amazing and I have no gripes or issues with him. Probably the only good employee this place has.
In short, seriously, stay the hell away. Not even the marinara sauce that cones with the breadsticks...
