I literally wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to eat here.
This is my first and absolute last time ordering from here. I placed an order on grub hub and the food came relatively quickly. I ordered fries, a calzone, and cake. The ONLY positive about this place is they give you a ton of food for the price. The downside to that is the food is complete garbage. Soggy fries, no seasoning on the calzone, and the cake tasted like it was from a vending machine. Keep in mind a college student so I'm not usually picky about places to eat but holy crap the food was awful.
The BIGGEST TURN OFF about this place is the customer service. When my food was delivered the driver stacked all my food on my arm and then held his hand out. I was so confused so we spent a good 10 seconds just awkwardly staring at each other. I proceeded to tell him I ordered on grub hub. He told me he wasn't waiting for cash he was waiting for his tip.... UM WHAT!?? I told him I left a tip on grub hub and even attempted to show him the receipt on my phone but he showed me the paper receipt first which I will admit didn't show a tip. At that point I was thinking this creep doesn't deserve a tip (he was an older guy in his 40s probably so I assumed he needed the cash) but I tried to hand him the food back and told him I had some cash and I'd give him the tip but this arrogant SOB told me he doesn't need my tip, literally yelled at me about absolutely nothing (I promise you this is not an exaggeration), and rolled his eyes at like 5 times it was unreal.
I ended up just muttering something admittedly rude under my breath and closed the door because I was getting so incredibly mad I couldn't deal.
This is the first time in my entire life I actually had to call a restaurant to complain. How dare you hold your hand out at me, yell at me, and try to come for my character. I leave tips NO MATTER WHAT. I have so many friends who work in restaurants I know it's in poor taste to not leave tips.
All in all the customer service is atrocious and the food is not good enough to make it worth it.

**Update: Because they replied to my review and because I didn’t offer them the opportunity to rectify my dissatisfaction prior to posting it, I will reach out to them and update my review accordingly, if warranted. Most businesses don’t care and the fact that they seem to, may deserve another chance. After all, I never said the pizza wasn’t edible. If the owner makes it right - then they deserve the chance to earn my business again.
Original Review: This was my go to for pizza. My last order was delivered with all the toppings off of the pizza and stuck to the box bottom. I ordered a pizza with fresh basil, it arrived with two pieces (when it’s one of the only toppings requested , there’s an expectation there would have been more, especially when you add a note “please be generous with the basil”). BEWARE OF DOUBLE CHARGES IF ORDERING ONLINE!!!
We were double charged on a large order for my business and the owner will not refund us. The owner has given us the run around for weeks regarding a double charge and has now ghosted us.
BEWARE IF ORDERING ONLINE, this is how this happened to us. We placed a big order for our business, and the website would not accept our business cards. Eventually we shifted the order to a personal card. Personal card was charged with tip right away. But to our surprise, a few days later the charge showed up on our business account as well. I called and asked them to refund one of the charges, I included screenshots of the double transactions and just the one order on my account in their portal. The owner said he’d look into it, but never did. When I reached out again, he responded with excuses that he’s been traveling, and when I reached out again he stopped responding.
