Subway — Restaurant in Palatine Township

I recently visited Subway at 1921 Plumgrove Palatine and was blown away by the amazing service and delicious food. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome from the staff. They were incredibly helpful and made the ordering process a breeze.

As for the food, everything was absolutely delicious. I was impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients, and the sandwiches were made exactly to my liking. I especially enjoyed the freshly baked bread and the variety of toppings and sauces available.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options available. The staff was constantly busy cleaning and restocking, ensuring that everything was in top shape for the next customer.

As usual a great sandwich. I always go with veggie delight with no cheese. Best for vegans. A foot long will be just under 450 calories if you choose vinegar and oil instead of any other sauces.

The place was really nice and clean and the staff was friendly. I was surprised to see 4 people making the counter making sure that customers don't have to wait in line for a long time. This is one complain I've at many suburban subways in residential areas.

I ordered through their app for the first time and I was happy with the options to customize your sandwiches. This is much better then many other famous joint apps where it is hard for me to customize a vegan sandwich. The best part is you also collect points for future free sandwiches.

I ordered two 6 inch meatball sandwiches and one steak sandwich I asked him to add a little more steak to the sandwich since I ordered 2 meatball sandwiches and he was out of one meatball. This employee became very angry and told me that he will charge me extra for the steak meat. I explained to him that he shouldn’t because all we are doing is making up for the missing meatball. He stopped making the sandwiches and said he is not going to serve me and pretended to call the police. I asked for his name several times but he refused to tell me. I have read the other reviews and people really like the owner of this subway but apparently his employee is ruining his business reputation.
