Livery — Restaurant in Palisade

I went to this place on a Friday night had a great vibe. I ordered a White Russian no specifications just the house White Russian amazing the bartender had a perfect Caucasian. But the number one thing in the bar industry is consistency. People show up night after night for a consistent drink when they show up at the same bar. I went out last night to the livery. I ordered a very special Caucasian one made with Gray goose. While watching the bartender make my drink she used Gray goose which is a top shelf liquor with the Dekeyper coffee liqueur. Everyone knows you never use a bottom shelf liquor and a top shelf liquor that throws off the whole experience. Not only that I basically drink Gray goose and milk there was no coffee flavor because it wasn't enough coffee liqueur in the drink. Not being super critical about it. Best bar in Colorado. Long old time wooden bar…Palisade Peach on tap always….free popcorn…best locals and friendly staff…I’ve been coming here for years and this is one of my top five in the country.
