Hey Yogurt Palisades Park — Restaurant in Palisades Park

Food: This location is the Hey Yogurt outlier. The consistency of the yogurt is off compared to other locations in NYC, Fort Lee, Hoboken and Ridgewood. My best guess is that they’re putting too much ice and at the end what you’re drinking is too watery. And I mean, way too watery. I have noticed the other Hey Yogurt locations measure the weight when adding the ice, I would assume to make sure the consistency is right. I suggest to do the same. Service: Normally service is okay. On one occasion, I literally tasted the hard shell of the lychee. When I went back to tell the staff they were nice enough to make it again for me. However, the result was worse. I tasted even more of the hard shell of the lychee. I went back again and told the staff. They told me that their lychee is different from Fort Lee. Very disappointing.

Atmosphere: One occasion with group of teenagers, listening to very loud music. I mean they were blasting it!

I’m a big hey yogurt fan but this location is the worse I’ve ever been to.

I would avoid this location and would say to the management that it’s ruining the Hey...

We got our yogurts and I liked the purple rice flavor. But I think the atmosphere and service could be better.

I was with my family and we were enjoying ourselves and our beverages. There weren’t any tables, but there was a little window nook where we were sitting. After about 5 minutes we were told that “dine-in” wasn’t allowed and we should leave. We didn’t even finish our drinks. It was also raining outside.

I get it — it was high school employees enforcing store policies so I don’t blame them. I just don’t understand why they are trying to create that type of atmosphere.

There were 5 kids working there for a takeout service and they were blasting explicit music at 3pm.

Hey Yogurt has become an increasingly popular beverage shop on Broad Avenue. I have visited this business establishment several times and have had positive experiences. Today, there happened to be a special deal in which I purchased a drink and received another of the same flavor for no additional expense. However, the beverage gave myself and the other individual who I shared it with an ABOMINABLE stomachache accompanied by diarrhea approximately four to five hours after consumption. We had ordered the Oreo-flavored yogurt beverage, which did not evidently have a rancid taste or scent. I would like to know what caused such symptoms, as it is unquestionably more than just a...
