Very unprofessional manager. I just ordered 2 pizzas and went into pay. They didn’t have change to break a $100 at 3 pm which sounds a little odd but okay. I left the store to go and break the change which required me to have to drive about 15 mins away to get change for a $100 bill so I put in a new order for 2 of the exact same pizzas so that I wouldn’t get cold pizzas. When I returned to pick up my pizzas, I had realized that all they did was switch the stickers on my pizzas and handed me the 2 original pizzas that had been sitting there for about 30+ mins. When I called to speak to the manager I had to to explain my situation twice before actually getting the manager who’s name was Flora on the phone. She was completely disrespectful and rude and told me that the only way she would refund me my money was if I brought the two pizzas back to her. They told me they would remake the pizzas which is what I wanted done in the first place and if they had done that instead of just switching the sticker on the box, we wouldn’t be in this situation. It is really sad that a customer can’t even receive what they pay for because they were too lazy to remake the pizzas to begin with and for Flora to have a management role there is just ridiculous considering how unprofessional and rude she is. I have contacted cooperate and explained my situation and they also agreed that that was a very unprofessional way to handle this situation and they are contacting the franchise manager about this situation so I am just leaving this review for all to see how incredibly rude the manager is at this location and I would recommend taking your business to a different dominoes or even Pizza Hut which is right...

He left his station flattening out dough for pizza to help her fix the computer. Mind you, I'm right there....he fiddles with it press keys, pick it up flip it over, jiggle something on the back. Made her switch computers then goes right back to his station and grab another ball of dough and proceed to flatten it.......DUDE! YOU DIDNT EVEN GO WASH YOUR HANDS! like where is proper cleaning guidelines for this company?! Do you even teach this anymore? You'd think after covid this would be in full affect. Then I told the girl at the counter I wasn't spending no more money there because of what I witnessed....she shoots her eyes left to right as if she didn't even care....and said nothing....clearly ready for me to vacate.....this is why companies go down hill....crash and burn....you have employees that don't care about your business or the safety of your customers.....he could clearly get somebody....or a few...sick. and you can tell that this is what they do on a norm.....everyone in there looks under 23. No proper training on keeping your hands clean when dealing with...OTHER PEOPLES FOOD! DISCUSTING MAN. I mean he went back to flattening that dough with no thought whatsoever. My only issue with Domino's these days is when you earn a "FREE" pizza after accumulating enough points, it's still not free. I'm still charged $1.50 even though I order within the parameters (2 toppings, no extras). It doesn't matter if it's carry-out or delivery. What's that about??? You're still being charged a tax on top of it. DELIVERY FEE of $5 is AUTOMATICALLY added to your order if you choose to have it delivered and they also tell you on the website to be kind and tip your driver!
