I arrived here 2:45pm 8/9/24 with my daughter that wanted strawberry sprinkles. They have strawberry frosted and vanilla sprinkles. I asked if they could possibly put strawberry frosting on the frosted strawberry donut and just add sprinkles for my daughter they told me no and that their donuts come pre-frosted in the morning. Unless they changed things and don't have a baker any longer This makes no sense as they could just use a knife throw strawberry frosting on it really quickly and sprinkle some sprinkles on top.
I also watched the red-headed man that had hair hanging over the top of his hat prepare food with one glove and then bring it to the service window not wash his hands and go back and make more food and still put one glove on his right hand. I also watched him go back and forth grabbing donuts with a glove on and still yet to wash his hands that is disgusting. I also watched the other man that took my order which also has yet to wash his hands handle trash and then go back to making customer drinks. Absolutely gross.
There's a pink beverage next to the drive-thru tea container that is a OSHA violation and every member here should know this should be placed in the refrigerator not on the line This is definitely a employee drink not a customer.
I am so displeased with how this store has turned out. So either the donuts come already prepared and they don't have frosting or sprinkles on a premises or this young man is lying to my face and is too lazy to go and do what would take a matter of less than 2 minutes.
There's also a caution wet floor sign just hanging on the floor that my daughter almost fell over That's just left unattended flat on the floor. Y'all need to get your act together. Where is the manager supervising...

Two reasons I go to Starbucks over Dunkin 1-9 out of 10 times Starbucks employees appear to be a little more pleasant. 2- for whatever reason Dunkin always seems to be out something, normally cold foam (my favorite). Today, This specific Dunkin has stollen me! Gabby was so awesome with helping me get the free two weeks of coffee for being a new rewards member (the app was being difficult) and she made sure to let me know that the special stops on 9/25 and so I may not get my full two weeks as a result of the program stopping. She did not need to go above and beyond so I could enjoy my FREE coffee and yummy purchased donut. She didn’t need to go above and beyond to inform me that my weeks may possibly be cut off a couple days early, and she definitely did not need to go above and beyond by making me the best coffee I’ve had in weeks while fussing with the app. I have to say that lately I’ve been leaving Starbucks feeling disappointed with no so yummy coffee and not so pleasant customer service! If this Dunkin and Gobby are a sign of what Dunkin is now offering I may have to start skipping the Starbucks line to hit the Dunkin line! Awesome job Gabby, you represented your company well today!

Whoever manages this location needs to explain to their staff that shuffling about at a snails pace while a line beyond the door watches in disbelief is not acceptable. The lady making the drinks was asking those of us in line what we planned to order before we got to the counter because the one actually taking orders was standing around like a lost child. After ten minutes of the line not moving I went out, hot in my car and went through the drive-thru because it was so uncomfortable watching an army of employees mill about aimlessly as we waited.
