I went in for the sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich and hash browns (11 am) but was told it would be another hour before sausage was available. There was a line wrapped around the drive-thru and out inn the street so I figured it was just cuz they were busy. So I decided to go in. The parking lot at this location is not made for a long drive-thru line as you can't park (or get out) when there is one. I would hate to live in the neighborhood or have to use that street as well, as traffic was blocked and the line only got longer. Any way... I decided to get the ham, egg & cheese English muffin sandwich with hash browns...and I would never order it again. The English muffin wasn't toasted (or even warm), there was no butter or anything on the muffin...it was taken out of the package, cut and that was it. The egg was rubbery...think school cafeteria sitting there for hours, rubbery. The cheese wasn't melted and the ham was fatty and cold (fatty meaning chewy). Had I known this was going to be a cold sandwich and just slapped together I would not have ordered it...or asked that it be heated or freshly made. The hashbrowns were thin and not at all crispy, they were soggy and although they had a greasy taste to them it was almost like they were put on the griddle to be heated. I'm not a huge salt fan but the sandwich and the hash browns had none...no seasoning at all...and a sprinkle might have made everything a tad better. Although there was a long line for the drive thru I went in and there was just 1 person ahead of me. I might think these issues were due to how busy it was, but it only took less than 3 minutes from getting my change to getting my order, so it wasn't like they were backed up. Read moreWe were on the road for the early morning and decided to stop here. Worst decision of my life. We got a Cookie Dough Chilled Coffee (I’m not too sure on the name) and an Iced Matcha with light ice. We rolled up to the window and waited, and Waited….and waited. We waited in total around 15 minutes for two drinks. Then when we got them, the Iced matcha was filled to the brim with ice! Even when we told them light on the ice. I asked them if they could take the ice out. So they did, and even then there was still too much ice. Might as well give me a CUP of ice at that point.
We asked again, and what we got back was laughable. A cup with 2 ice cubes and the matcha almost half gone. When we asked for them to make us another one. They looked at us with the most deadpan expression and said “We can’t do that”. We asked for them to refill it, they couldn’t do that either. We ran into three of them, and every single one looked absolutely depressed and done with everyone’s shit. I understand it’s a workplace, but don’t put that on your customers.
The only good thing that happened is that we got our refund, but that doesn’t save this review from any other stars than a 1. Absolutely horrible service, I’m shocked this place...

When we got home we realized one of the sandwiches was wrong order. my daughter called spoke with someone there and they said they could not refund her the money only give her a new sandwich. So we were prepared to just call the sandwich a loss and eat the other two sandwiches. But they had a strange taste to ithem, almost like a smoky taste maybe the bacon was deep-fried andt he croissant breading was a little hard. So we decided to go back to the location and return the sandwiches and get a refund. We spoke to someone who said he was a manager his name was Mark. He said he could not give us a refund only replace the sandwich and we at that point did not want a replacement sandwich. He then said we have to talk to the general manager Melissa and she would be in the next day. I was unable to go back up there but my husband did and turns out Mark was not a manager, Melissa was not there but someone there was able to refund the money even though they told him at first they didn't give refunds. It was just not a pleasant experience I love Dunkin donuts but I will not be returning to...
