I am tired of having to get free drinks to solve my problems when the problem does not get fixed because you guys keep the same people who CAUSE THE PROBLEMS employed at your malabar location when they truly don’t deserve the position or the privilege to work for such a great company. Cultivate Kindess is the moto or your saying right? but kindness is the last thing I get from Aidan and Mikey. Michael didn’t even fix my issue the day I spoke to him on the phone, he just kept taking Aiden’s side with everything aidan said because Aiden kept lying about the situation and wouldn’t take fault for what he did wrong. I don’t care about free drinks. I get free drinks all the time when I come through and buy so many drinks from 7Brew. Money is not an issue for me. It never was, but they make it so hard to just come through and grab a drink. I come here pretty much every single day and have probably spent between 4 and 6 thousand dollars OR MORE (not including what my mom has purchased) on 7 brew ALONE since the business opened on malabar road in August of 2023 when i was 5 months pregnant with my 17 month old. I literally stopped going to Dunkin and became a permanent 7 brew customer because of the great drinks and service i WAS receiving but now they make my entire situation very difficult, I truly believe they are misogynist and hate women. I have seen a lot of people at this location transferred to the location on Palmbay Road and I kind of realize why now. The location on Malabar Road at 111 Valor Dr. absolutely SUCKS and the only way you guys can make it better is by firing Aiden and Mikey. Please drug test Michael. I truly believe he is on drugs. The way he gets so irate and ignorant, proves my theory even more. I am going to come to the Malabar location in the mornings now because the female manager on duty in the morning is so sweet and I absolutely love her and a couple of the other girls she works with that I love as well, I have been able to build a good friendship with them and have so much respect for them because they actually stand for you guys’ motto which is CULTIVATE KINDNESS. if someone from corporate, could kindly get back to me and let Aiden and Michael know I will be continuing to come to the location on Malabar Road to buy my drinks that would be great. I no longer want to be disrespected by them and would like to have my order taken from anyone else other than them. Michael is in no shape or form to be in a manager position, he doesn’t know how to handle or solve problems adequately and he absolutely does not listen to the situation, he only believes what Aiden tells him and Aiden has done nothing but lie constantly. I was actually on the phone with my mom when Aiden lied, and my stepdad also heard him in the background so I literally have witnesses see him lying about the drawer being locked and closed when he tried to tell Michael on the phone he never said that when that is exactly what he said. First of all, why are the drawers put away 15 minutes before you guys close, a lot of people use cash not everyone uses cards so the drawer should not have been shut in the first place and they also shut down the machines too 30 minutes before closing because they like to get out in a hurry and go home, which is also very sick because you guys are supposed to stay until closing time and serve customers, why do you guys close at 10 o’clock if you guys shut down everything at 9:30 unless you guys are just hiring people that are trying to run the place on their own and not doing what they’re supposed to. Michael has shut down machines constantly, I would say at least twice in the times that I have ordered with him. I truly hope someone fixes this issue and I can come back and fix my rating and give you guys FIVE STARS because that’s exactly what you guys would have been rated without this horrible service from two of your employees, once again Aiden...

The drinks are good, the prices are a bit higher than usual from other places. However, this is a competitor to Starbucks with a lot more variety of drinks. The drive thru and parking is spacious for a place that barely has dining/sit-down seats. Since this is a drive-thru/pickup focused franchise, I hope the employees get well protected from the heat. They're incredibly lucky that this location opened as the summer season is winding down. I didn't see any shades or roofing for the majority of the drive thru lanes, up until the building itself.

It is especially odd however that this franchise doesn't give out receipts when ordering drive thru. Nor does it have a big menu to see when going through it. I got a large smoothie per recommendations from the worker though I wish I was able to see what this place had other than coffee and through word of mouth/social media.

Overall, this place gives the vibes of a startup Chick-fil-A that focuses on drinks (coffee, smoothies, shakes, energy drinks for some reason). Everyone there seemed friendly, granted the same age group of workers that you see from Chick-fil-A. I just wish they focused on attracting NEW customers other than giving out specials/merchandise every week (which is also very fishy). I am glad that there is finally a competitor outside of Starbucks, Dunkin, and whatever else that exists in Northeast Melbourne. And of course, there is a secret menu online that has a bunch of combinations of flavors and add-ons.

Pro tip: posting the exact ingredients online of your items would be great, to avoid those with allergies. Let's start with that.

Would I try again? Now that I found the menu online...without pricing, yeah I...

This is a new place for me as I usually hit Starbucks for fancy coffee. We decided to take advantage of it one day while heading home and have returned once. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with added pumpkin ( substituted caramel for the pumpkin on 2nd visit. Enjoyed the pumpkin more), hubby got white chocolate mocha chiller which is 7 Brew version of a frappacino. I thought the coffee had a really good flavor and found that it was better than the similar drink at Starbucks. 7 Brew makes theirs with white chocolate syrup plus milk chocolate syrup which gives it much more chocolate flavor than the Starbucks white chocolate mocha syrup. The chiller consistency is grainier and not as smooth as the Starbucks frappacino which was a negative, but still very tasty. Be prepared to wait a bit as there is no app to order ahead. Your order is taken by an employee outside in one of the 2 lanes and then is made up. Once your order is taken, it's a similar wait to walking into any place and waiting for your to be made. It can add up if the drive through is packed. The service has been great on my 2 visits so far. Order takers very friendly and no issues with getting it right.

Overall it's a good coffee with a lot of custom options and smoothies, tea, and shakes are offered as well. Staff will explain the menu as well as ordering options and they offer a free frozen pup cup for your dog.

We both liked it and will be back very soon even with a Starbucks opening up...
