Took my laptop in because several keys did not work. Laptop was great in every other way. Kaleb said the keyboard would be replaced, ready on Friday. The next Tuesday I called & was told the keypad had not been ordered. Kaleb called the next day, said the inside of the laptop looked dirty but he would clean it up, install the keyboard and get it right back to me. When I picked up my repaired??? Laptop and took.it home, it would NOT come on. It was dead!!! Nothing worked!!! I took it back and the exact same thing happened again. I paid $182. for a dead computer. Kaleb was rude and unprofessional. He told me he was the manager, He avoided talking to me and was always at the other store when I came.. One day I came in and said just let me see my computer. Liz went to the back. She said, oh these boys forget to label these computers. She said she found 3 that werent labeled but she took care of it. I said, so how do u.know where mine is? Dont worry, she says, Kaleb took it over to the beachside store to work on it. I couldnt believe it. When I picked up the laptop the 2nd time another cashier(?) said she knew nothing about computers and there was no note on it. She said all I can tell you is that it might run for a day, a month they really didnt know. Of course Kaleb wasnt there. I told the cashier that I would call Kaleb at the other store when I got home. Kaleb was calling me wben I got home. He was extremely defensive, rude and unprofessional. He even accused me of getting water on my laptop between taking it home and.bringing it back. So here I am!!! Out $182. and now the owner of a DEAD computer that was working fine before I took it to ifixandrepair. Don't EVER go to this unprofessional and incompetent crew!!! PS I noticed several negative reviews have been deleted from this site and 5 star reviews added . . . Even one from Kaleb K. I must add that No one offered any solutions or at the least, a refund. Read moreLet me start by saying iFixandRepair seems like a great company but this location is terrible. I highly recommend the Melbourne Square Mall location over this one. My iPhone screen was cracked and I went into the Palm Bay Walmart location to get it replaced. The guy hands me back my "fixed" phone and immediately I see what looks like the screen has burnt out in the top right corner and a discoloration lower on the right side. He told me my phone battery is swollen and is putting pressure on the screen causing those issues. The next day I do some research online about the issue and notice the battery location is on the left of the phone not the right (where the damage is) and immediately take the phone to the Melbourne store for a second opinion. The Melbourne manager agreed that my new screen should not have those issues and didn't think my battery was swollen. He lifted the screen off the phone and the burnt area was still visible even though the "pressure" was off the screen. Plus, one of the brackets near the charging port that holds the screen down was broken off (picture shows left bracket and missing right bracket). The Melbourne store then puts on another screen and my phone is back to looking new with no signs of issues. I will not be returning to the Palm Bay Walmart location other than to try and...
Read moreI took my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, to get the screen replaced. The tech offered to replaced the back cover since it had a few cracks, and I also had him provide me a screen protector. I paid close to $449 for the repair. The same day, The screen protector broke, it was not installed properly to begin with. I did not return as the tech had stated it has cost $20, I was not going to go back to Wal-mart for $20. I also noticed that the outter box has been damaged by the tech, No biggy, I had it replaced as it was under warranty. Slowly, I have noticed that my phone case does not close correctly, the insides of the phone are not level, When I was replacing the protector case, I noticed the back was not attached correctly and it did not close all the way. My battery goes form 100% to turning off within 10 minutes.My charging port on the phone does not respond to any of my chargers I used prior to having the phone serviced by this tech. This is a phone that costs $1400., This guy ruined it completely, I am not returning to him, as he is the reason for my phone not working correctly now. Prior to going to him, I had no issues with the operations of the phone, I had a cracked screen, but otherwise everything worked. Now I need to buy a new phone. Stay away, I do not recommend these...
