Hurricane Grill & Wings-PGA — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

Normally poor reviews are aimed at staff but this one is for ownership. I took my family here for dinner and our server Robin was great from start to finish. We were half way finished eating the chips and Queso and noticed what looked like a deep fried hair in the chips. The service team immediately removed the dish and informed the owner. Not only did they not remove it from the bill or offer a replacement, not one person from management (including the owner) came to say something to the table. We were charged full price after the owner refused to even acknowledge what had happened.

Now, you could say “eh whatever we just won’t go back” except I’m a lead bartender at PGA National Resort and I speak to literally hundreds of people per week who often inquire about local places to venture out to during their stay at the resort. This is also a local hangout for quite a few PGA employees. To the owners, I can promise that not only will I not be back but I will also be advising all of my guests not to bother going to this restaurant. I won’t be embarrassing myself by referring my guests to this type of experience.

When a guest has an issue, as an owner you shouldn’t be so arrogant. Do the bare minimum and at least acknowledge the people who came to spend money at your establishment. Without your guests you literally have nothing. Robin, you’re amazing and thank you for being so attentive. Unfortunately I will not be back as I refuse to support...

I have been going here for 20 years plus I noticed things going down hill the last couple of years but today was totally horrible The food was out and out terrible I ordered a egg white Mediterranean omelette ( egg whites, spinach, goat cheeses and mushrooms) It was 80 % goat cheese I ate about 1/3 of eat forcing my self but it was just nauseating I told the waitress she apologized and took my dish My granddaughters side of bacon came out burnt, my daughters rye toast came out burnt when asked for new they took it to the back and scraped it re serving my daughter terrible hard burnt toast My daughter and both grandchildren ordered pancakes and the quality of them were also terrible and all three sets of pancakes were of different Cindy and color

The bill came and I saw I was charged for my omelet ($15.70) I told the waitress this must be a mistake and my bill needs an adjustment After waiting 15 minutes ( with 2 children) she camels back with an adjustment of $1.50 I found this totally Ridiculous and insulting. I guess after eating here at least once a week for over 20 years has...

Beware they charge you for extra drinks that you did not have. The deceitful bartender charge me for 2 extra drinks! Not only myself but my neighbors have experienced the same thing. Will never return. The bartender picked the wrong person. I am on blood pressure medicine and count my drinks I tried to pay my correct bill but they said don't bother. So they're probably trying to get me for not paying the bill which I offered. I TRIED PAYING THE TAB....AND OWNER DID NOT ACCEPT...... No worries. Aint coming back here. Thieves. Lol......they had no interest in rewinding the video and believed in their bartender. The owner said I don't have time to watch the video...... And I asked him to replay it to watch the video to see how many drinks I had. Karma is powerful. Owner wears cross around her neck...so hypocritical....rewind the video to know the truth. Such a disgrace to the neighborhood. Regulars leaving...
