Oh where to begin. Short version, the service was so shockingly outrageous, that I've never even heard of this happening to anyone before. The only reason I'm even giving two stars is because the food was good, the atmosphere was nice, and they comped our whole meal, including drinks for what they did to us. So I had reservations for dinner with my parents. Came on time and were sat outside. 20 minutes passed and not one server came up to us. Made eye contact, came to the tables next to us, but completely ignored us. We were just about to leave when finally our server came and apologized. Fine, we let it go, things happen. Ordered wine and dinner. Three years later, our drinks and food arrived, and I'm missing my side lobster. Server is nowhere to be found. Had to tell the bus boy. Finally received my lobster and ordered another glass of wine. Mind you, as I said, the food was good. I had the scallops with risotto and asparagus. The lobster was a bit dry but still good. As we ate, the server had disappeared completely again and didn't come back once to ask if we needed anything and I never got my wine. It got so late, that we were one of only two tables left sitting outside and I was turning around and staring at a server and someone that looked like a manager, made eye contact with me, did nothing and left. I actually had to pick up my phone and call them and tell them to have a manager come to our table outside. A manager never came. Unbelievable. Our server then shows up and asks if I need another glass of wine. We're literally done eating at this point and it's late. I said to him that I did order another glass a long time ago, but it's way too late now and we just want the check. He says to me don't worry, he'll bring me another glass and the dinner is on him due to what occurred. But I still don't even understand why we were treated so horribly, constantly ignored and forgotten about. I don't understand why the manager never came. The inside and outside were not busy at all for this to have occurred. I've eaten at very busy restaurants all over the world, and this has never happened to me or anyone I know. The fact that they knew what they were doing each time and then continued to do it is what boggles my mind. Completely ruined our mood and dinner. Never going there again. Interestingly enough, I've had drinks at one of their other locations in another state, and their bartenders completely ignored my boyfriend and I, and drove us to leave after two drinks. I'm seeing a pattern. Apparently they train you to ignore customers at this franchise. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately, my family and I had a horrible experience with our server last night. We were 9 of us celebrating two birthdays (my daughter and my nephew). Everybody else from your staff were amazing, but our server. Since that moment he saw us, he made us feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable the whole time. Our server probably though that we were not going to tip him well enough because we were brown in color from a Hispanic descent? It is RIDICULOUS!!!! The only moment the server smiled at us was when he received the $100 tip ($50 cash and $50 in a credit card) we gave him. The bottom line is that you shouldn’t treat or judge your customers for the way of their appearance or color. Our server treated us cold hearted since the moment we sat down until right before we tipped him with the $100. My daughter (15 years old) even felt the emotionless of his attitude towards her, specially in this such a special day, and my family. The server’s unprofessional and rude behavior is unacceptable and shouldn’t be tolerated!!! And probably you will ask why we tipped him with $100? We did it just to prove him wrong. This was our first time going to your place and will be the last one also!!! Update: The Manager, Jensen Palmateer, went ABOVE AND BEYOND after she called me to find out more information about my awful experience at her place. Thank you Jensen for your kindness and lovely words towards my family and especially towards my 15 years old daughter. The flowers that you sent to my daughter were extremely beautiful!! Thank you so much for the birthday cards that your wonderful staff sent to my daughter also!! You definitely made a huge impact on my decision to go back to your place in the near future. Thank you again Jensen for your professionalism, respect and kindness towards my family !!! You are definitely a perfect example of what an Amazing Customer Service should be!!! I am changing my one star review to five stars just because of the wonderful experience that my family and I had recently with you!! Sincerely, Samir

Yes, seasons 52 is a chain but the food here is really really good. The portions are the correct size leaving one satisfied but not bloated. The kitchen is open and they clearly make everything from scratch. The menu is quite limited and changes with the seasons reflecting what is commonly available at the current time of year. Service was timely and we didn't feel at all rushed and ordering/food arrival was nicely paced. We had lunch and it was my wife's birthday which they acknowledged and gave us complimentary shot glass dessert. In general it is now autumn, even though in Florida it's year round endless summer. I had the butternut squash soup which was delicious and a perfect temperature, my wife had the tuna tartare which we have had before and it too was wonderful as usual. For a main we had lamb, perfectly cooked on their wood grill with buttery mash and charred broccolini. The wine flights are excellent and I'd really recommend them. I've eaten at Seasons 52 several times and really enjoyed top quality food and service everytime. Highly recommended. The ambiance is elegant - thank goodness no Muzak and no tv's - it's about enjoying the food in a beautiful environment. It's right on the water and you can eat in or outside. We also came here in mid summer with my niece who had just got married and was on her honeymoon in Fl; they surprised us with a complimentary champagne toast to celebrate their wedding. Just wonderful service that is customer focused. I love coming here.

Tonight, I spent my Valentine’s Day dinner here at Seasons 52, my first time back since before COVID and I do have to say I am very disappointed in my experience. Service makes the whole dining experience, especially on a holiday which is one of the busiest nights of the year in the restaurant industry (other than Mother’s Day), and the service I experienced tonight was… disappointing. The hostess and valet team were delightful and they are the reason I give higher stars. The table service is a different story. The evening started okay, nothing special but just okay. It was not until when the food arrived that it was confirmed that great service was not on the menu for this evening. I do understand that it is a busy night, and the likelihood of food to sell out is normal. I ordered a filet dinner for myself and for my partner a surf and turf dinner. When dinner arrived, both sides that were discussed when ordering were completely changed . My partner hates greens beans, she will not go near them, and her plate came out loaded with green beans when it was supposed to be broccolini. With my filet I order mash potato and broccolini and roasted potatoes and green beans came out, both sides I ordered were changed and the most upsetting fact is that I wasn’t told this until my food was brought out and the food runner, NOT my server, told me my sides had sold out for the evening. My partner then told the waiter “I hate green beans can I have a plate to push them off to the side” to which the waiter never said a word but “sure” returned with the plate and took the green beans away. Both green beans were sent away and a replacement was never a topic of conversation. We were never informed and completely blind sided when the food came out and this put off out our whole dinner. The waiter spoke no more than a few words to us throughout our dining experience. The complete dialogue by the server was “hi my name is _ can I get you a drink maybe a glass of wine,” “Would you like any appetizers to start like flatbread,” the act of taking the order, “would you like more to drink” and when done with dinner “can I get you dessert.” That was the entirety of the conversation. No “how is your dinner this evening,” or “I apologize your dinner didn’t come out as discussed.” This may seem like such a small inconvenience, but as the dining experience goes, service stands out the most. A manager never once came to the table, or else I wish I could’ve expressed my disappointment in person. This experience was disappointing as a whole and the next time I want spend $45 on steak, I’d rather go down to other restaurants on PGA boulevard if I can expect a quarter of my dinner to be changed, and I left blindsided. To end on a positive note, the food that I actually did order did come out delicious. My filet was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. The food was delicious, but the...
