Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Palm Coast

Our first visit to Jeremiah‘s ever was in Palm Coast Florida. We went around 5 PM on a weekday. It wasn’t very busy, but the space is kind of small. They do have great music from the 90s playing at an appropriate level so that you can still have a conversation. Young lady, who took our order was very patient with us as we had never been before. We ended up getting a medium, chocolate, soft serve, a medium caramel, apple, and a medium candy bar. All items were tasty, but not really our vibe. Definitely sugar overload, But all in all a tasty treat on a hot day. The reason why I gave it four stars, and not five was because when our order was ready, they just called out the item and there were other people in the facility. I have had a very great experience every time I’ve visited Jeremiah’s, however this time I was very disgusted. I am a pretty loyal customer and go here all the time. This time when I got home and ate my ice cream, towards the end I found a hair that definitely DID NOT belong to me. I feel genuinely so disgusted by the sanitation of this place currently as I am concerned if there was more that I hadn’t noticed. This ice cream also isn’t very cheap and usually exceeds my expectations however, I’m not sure if I ever even want to go back due to my experience today. We have patiently been waiting for Jeremiah’s to open in Palm Coast for some time now. This is definitely worth the wait! Located in the plaza next to Panera Bread on State Road 100 Jeremiah’s will be definitely be a hot spot (or cold) for those looking for delicious flavors of Italian ices, soft serve or mix them together!!!!
