It's been 2 hours, since I placed my order online. I've been using their ' tracking ' system and it's never progress passed ' prep'. I've called over 4 times, no one picks up at this location. Finally get a hold of someone and the person immediately says " it's going to take 2-2.5 hours for any delivery be ause we only have two deliver drivers". He goes on says my order might take another 30-60 min ( 2.5-3 hours). I ask for the manager and request two things. A closer eta so I can decide to either wait or cancel. But the employee stated he doesn't know how to cancel since it was his " 2nd day " AND So I could augment to pick it up so they didn't have to deliver
They put me on hold for another 20 min! Manager never comes, and now, they keep hanging in onme. Horrible, horrible experience and not surehow this place stays in business with the employees they have. Zero customer service, zero courtesy, zero thinking. Trying to suggest to pick it up since they only had w drivers. But instead, they treat customers this way and won't listen to...

I love the pizza tracker now because I got to watch my delivery driver, Anselmo, leave the store 20 minutes after I was notified it was out for delivery, then sit across the street behind Papa Dan's for 10 minutes, then proceed to my house to delivery my cold food.
I have had so many messed up orders from this location that I stopped ordering last year but figured, new year, ill try again... not anymore. I will not let dominoes STEAL my money anymore.
The pizza insurance basically is just a free medium pizza but even that one is incorrect when it arrives. And really they just want you to keep ordering and forget about the many times they mess up the orders.. these people obviously don't have a care for what they do so learn from my mistakes, spent 45 dollars to get burnt...

Domino’s did not call me, but the business that they delivered to did.
When I called the store, the Manager (Marie) did not want to hear my anger, so she made the decision to just hang up and make it worse.
I called Corporate and spoke with Melissa (very nice), she said that Marty or David would call me back. Hopefully but we’ll see !!!
So another business received my order, and I’ll get refunded with in 3 days. What a crock !
