Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Desert

So I went through the drive thru last night on El Paseo for 2 Extra-most-bestestes and a 2-liter of Pepsi and was highly disappointed in what I received when I got home and opened the boxes. For starters they were nowhere near freshly made. Not only that but I dont believe I was even given an extra-most-bestest because thats what I always order and ever since they came out with them they have been the bestest because they have lots of everything on them like sauce , cheese and the pepperoni. Not these. These looked like they had shrunk in size right off the bat. Then it just looked dry as ever and it was so dry that they had bald spots without any cheese all over the pizzas. Was very unhappy and was unable to reach the store last night so I tried today and the 1 time that someone picked up he put me on hold right away and I remained on hold for a good 10 min before hanging up and now cant get anyone to answer. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, Italian Cheese Bread, and a 2-liter of root beer from Little Caesars. When I got home, the root beer was missing. I called the store, but Jake didn’t offer much help and basically hung up on me, saying the only option was to drive 20 minutes back to get what they forgot to give me.

Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled showed no care for the customer. A simple refund or credit would have solved the issue, but instead I was left frustrated and inconvenienced. Very disappointing experience. The cheese bread was ok the pizza...

Updated review! It is 4/24/24 & seems they switched owners again because the people running it now seem to be doing a great job! Good food and service yayyyy! Restoring my faith in Ceasers pizza again 🥰

This location on 111 seems to flip flop allot. Used to be really good than really bad then good not too long ago and now falling apart again. The people are pretty nice now BUT can't make breadsticks to save thier life. Everything is doey and . I don't know if there is something wrong with thier oven or what but it is a shame cause I used to love...
