T.J.'s Steaks Pasta & Spirits — Restaurant in Palm Desert

I have been to a lot of establishments in the Coachella valley and barely write bad reviews but this place is one of the worst bars I have been at. I came in here at 1:30 and the MANAGER of the place has terrible customer service and said the ONLY thing he will serve is shots because they are closing soon no beer, wine he’s only serving shots. I buy one for me and my girl and he starts pressuring us to finish the shots. He stands in front of us just eagerly waiting for her to finish. My girlfriend tell him that’s no way to treat the customer and his exact words are “well at this time of night it is” while his drunk cousin is sitting in the bar being belligerent telling her he can give her a ride home. She’s finishing her shot and Manager tells her “this is no time to be a lady” just overall an appalling experience when it comes to customer service and I will never step foot in that establishment again...

The service in this place is a complete garbage before they had an American bartender who was nice but they changed him to a Hispanic Fat man that is rude and mean with the costumers and at 1 and a half he tells clients to leave in a very pedantic way and makes opinions out of place, in addition his cousin is always there in the bar drunk who always bother and disrespect women. My boyfriend (a competitive pool player) and I are in town visiting and needed a place to practice. This place has 3 nice pool tables and everyone is super nice. We talked to the owner for a bit and he is such a nice, down to earth guy. Some of these reviews state otherwise but from my experience those people just need something to complain about. Great atmosphere and people. Will be coming here...
