I went through at a not so busy time today, so they had plenty of time and room to make at least decent food... I had my 2 year old niece with me and ordered her some nuggets and fries. I checked the food before I gave it to her and the nuggets were so undercooked the skin was falling off of them! I went back through, the only thing they said after that is "Ill get that remade". They give me the bag and I drive away not giving her the food yet. I check when I get home and they were the same nuggets we had given back to them!!! The skin was peeled off of all of them so I knew they were the ones we had given back! This is disgusting and a serious health issue and the employees had no care in the world and neither did the manager that answered the phone when I called them after that. Mind you I was never rude as mistakes are made and they can always be fixed, but this is common sense to never EVER hand out raw anything to any customers. Read moreThey usually get my order right but not always in a carry out living 5 miles away it's an inconvenience to go back. If you can't understand a double cheeseburger comes with cheese then you have a problem. Also, at 7 o'clock at night and being the only customer at the moment both inside and out I don't know what in the heck is their big hurry getting my order to me. Perhaps slowing down a bit and thought about my order more, they could get my order correct. I too wish the food was a tad warmer but not dried out as I too have had with their advertisement that used to say their burgers were so moist You would half to take one bite then wipe your mouth take another bite and wipe your mouth. Believe me you will only need one napkin!

Read moreEdit: again messed up the order. Asked for a daves double and got a chicken sandwich. Didnt find out until i got home and went back to have it remade. No apologies from the supervisor. Sandwich was remade and set in front of me. I asked if there would be any compensation and she asked, "what do you want". I said i would like my food reimbursed. She grabbed the bag with my remade food and set it on the back counter. She paid me out in cash. When i asked about the sandwich she said, "well you wanted a refund..". Still no apology for the mistake, for the time it took me to have to get it fixed, for the rude service... this place is awful and the entire staff could use an indepth customer service refresh.
