Well , i never leave a bad reviews as I do not want to hurt an overall business rating .. but ... we have been dining at carrabas at least 4 times per week for a few months plus ordering Uber eats therefore i can not stay silent ... the whole nonsense started in dec when i was sick and ordered a dinner for 4 , worth over $180 on uber eats plus tip .. it got delayed by 4 hrs .. ok ... yet when the order got delivered , everything was wrong .. appentizers, soups , main dishes .. etc.. i have called to the restaurant , and the floor manager of that night told me as soon as she picked uo that she knows that me delivery order got screwed up .. she immediately apologized and took my mailing address and name and told me that she can not refund for the deljvery order but she will send a gift card to reimburse for the wrong and missing items order . Today, we are in the end of feb and we still didnt receive it .. what a shame.. are you really that desperate that you will be screwing someone who eats 5 x week at your restaurant just so noone can blame you ?! Forget that i have paid 180 for the dinner and it was nothing that we have ordered 3.5-4 hrs later. Regardless, considering we used to eat at carrabas in palm harbor all the time , my son and i went for late lunch a few days ago just to give it another chance .. it was about 4.20 pm when we entered...The floor was empty . Our waiter didnt come until after 28 min post we got seated ( not to mention we were the only ones at the floor) . I have ordered appetizers and main course . We got 1 appetizer before drinks and bread . 30 min later i got my main course , then my son's.. 30 min later they asked if we still feel like appetizers and bread with oil .. i mean are you kidding me .. few waitresses on the floor were laughing about the situation and apologized ?? Yet you are serving me the main course , which tasted absolutely tasteless .. lack of spices, no saly and pepper.. very blah.... same for my son .. we both hardly have eaten the food and then you ar3 finally offering mr my appetizers and 16oz of wine ?! Really?! Ridiculous ... everything got to waste , yet i have still paid and real expensive ine thing is real strange to me ... .With the current economy, people want to come to your place to dine in like before and have a peace if mind and distract grom all the chaos in the countey ... but you seem to care less ?! Just collect the money , scam , serve wrong and nasty and let it go ..mm .. How noce ?!...

I ORDERED THE NEW SEASONAL DISH LINGUINI WITH VEGETABLES AND I PREFERRED THE WOOD GRILLED SHRIMP AS AN ADD ON. THIS DISH WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ROASTED TOMATOES, ASPARAGUS, PEAS, AND ARTICHOKE HEARTS ALONG WITH THE LINGUINI AND SHRIMP. THE ASPARGUS WAS LEFT OVER STEM UNDERCOOKED PIECES & NOT THE TOPS SHOWN IN PHOTOS ON LINE AND IN THE MENU. TOMATOES TASTED AND LOOKED STEMMED, NOT ROASTED. GET THIS--------THE ARTICHOKE HEART WERE NOT IN THIS DISH -----AT ALL. WHEN I ASK THE WAITRESS ABOUT THE ARTICHOKES, SHE EXPLAINED THAT THE MENU WAS AN ERROR THAT THERE ARE --NO-- ARTICHOKES IN THIS DISH--THEY CLEARLY WERE SHOWN IN MENU AND ONLINE BY THE WAY. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT-----------NO QUESTION. A YOUNG WOMAN WAS SENT TO OUR TABLE WITH A SMALL OR TINY AMOUNT OF ARTICHOKE PIECES, NOT HEARTS NOT EXCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! LAST I HEARD CARLOS WAS PROPRIETOR, AFTER PHONING AND ASKING FOR CARLOS, SOUNDED LIKE THE SAME WOMAN MANAGER WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK TO HIM. ASK ME FOR MY PHONE NUMBER AND NAME EXPLAIN HE WOULD CALL TOMORROW. SHE SAID EVEN BETTER COULD A MANGER HERE HELP YOU. Read more(No excuse for this at all) Rainy Friday night decided to order and have it delivered first mistake never again, Absurd it would be here by 5:40 PM text message says he’ll be here in a minute I called the store to find out where dinner is for the family to transfer to somebody else got transferred to somebody else and they put me on hold to go find out I got hung up on decided to call back and say the only five minutes away 15 minutes later they show up all the food is cold I asked the delivery person if they had to deliver anything else how I’ve got back was HUH ?I’m eating in the restaurant many times do not think we’re going to have anything to do with him anymore this meal is $50 plus tip No excuse for this!!
: update: 01/15/2023 has not changed, was served a stone, cold meal steak, garlic, mashed potatoes and spinach was not even offered any cheese for the soup or anything. Also shared the week before order a meal pick should be included tested worse than hamburger helper for charge four times as much.
(Update) on September 10, 2024, we went in and had lunch. We had KIANNA as a server. One of the best servers around very nice very polite. Very knowledgeable on the menu amazing. The food was good. The service is a lot better also at the end of the meal KIANNA actually said I’m gonna box your food up for you put in a bag as if we wanted it in separate bags. no one with any of the other companies belong to this parent company does this at all we highly recommend...
