My order had to be repeated 3x, no biggie but then my order had 2 errors and most of my food was old and dry like it had been sitting for hours but this was lunchtime when the food 💯 should have been fresh. That's not the worst part, though. We came in to eat inside. One door was blocked off, so you had to walk around. No big deal also, right!? Except, the area was dangerous on the inside and not properly blocked off. Before we ordered, my daughter and I went to use the bathroom, and it was not very good. This should've clued me in to looking around before ordering, but she's little, and I knew she was really hungry. I mean, it's 2024, and there was a really old 80s-style wallpaper border on the wall by the ceiling for starts. Everything was in bad shape. Ok, sorry to skip around. Back to the order. While waiting for our order to be fixed, I started looking around, and it was beyond shocking. So I looked even more. The place was not just in complete disarray, but it looked unsanitary because there was all this wallpaper peeling off the walls, revealing--- black mold. I kid you not. So I took pics of other things. This place is run down and run by someone who is not willing to invest. That tells me they aren't going to take care of their customers. The fries were inedible, and the chicken was so dry. When we left, I looked around, and there was spray paint all over the sidewalk and stuff where they did a lousy paintjob... Fast food can bring in big bucks. I know it's not the most popular chain restaurant but come on. Someone (and not just the owners) is doing a lousy job and should shut this store down. 🙄 Also, what is with the Halloween...
Read moreVisited KFC 420 on US19 on 07/01/2017 at about 12-12:30pm dined in, the place was a dump. There was water leaking from the ceiling, floor was very wet, the least goes on and onl. When my husband notified the employee she proceeded to state, " yea I know, we're leaking everywhere."(nothing was done about it and I mean absolutely nothing) well than oh okay, we were already there and our food was already serve. So, we decided to eat there anyway. As we're waiting for the rest of our tenders at the table, the employee brought our tenders and let me add, she step right over the puddle and pretended as if it was never there. And once again did absolutely nothing ( no wet floor sign, no bucket , and definitely no mopping). A few minutes passed by and another older Caucasian couple came in, they were also dining in. And as no surprise, the lady too says something about the mess on the floor and leaking ceiling. However, this time the employee responded as if she was shock and I mean shock, she stated," oh my ... Thank you for letting know ( as if she didn't just step over it herself) you know we're remodeling at the end of the year but its hurricane season," and she proceeded to quickly clean up and brought a wet floor sign and also a bucket. And then states she didn't know about it . Therefore, my husband and I are staring at her in disbelief, but didn't say a word (didn't need the confrontation especially since we're not planning on going back). Anyhow I'm just very dissapointed and feel its discrimination (either by age or/and race) in the employee's behalf and very unsanitary in the employer's behalf, and I definitely won't be back nor...
Read moreThis was my second time going to this KFC and both times my order was wrong. Tonight someone else picked it up for me and I ordered a 3 piece white meal but got a 2 piece dark. I had to drive back because noone answered the phone and when I told the guy my order was wrong he says " oh yea, I remember when that happened". So he knew it was wrong when he gave it to my son. And the topper...I took a bite of my mashed potatoes and when I got home the potatoes were ice cold because they were the same ones. The 2 people working there were not young kids. How do you not know to give fresh sides. Oh and they scooted the gravy around to cover where I had eaten out of it! Whomever owns this store needs to retrain your staff. Tge guy working there is nice but he seems to lack bas8c customer service skills. I gave it another try after the first mess up...
