I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Earl's BBQ, located inside the Fireside Lounge, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly service from the owner, Earl who made us feel right at home. He and his staff truly go above and beyond to ensure god service and a great experience. With a fun environment that features a pool table and TVs scattered around the bar area, we were able to dine and enjoy the MLB and hokey game as we ate. Now, let's talk about the food! The ribs and dry rub wings were nothing short of exceptional. I can honestly say that the wings are the best I've ever experienced—crispy, flavorful, and uniquely delicious. The ribs, with their perfect balance of sweet and smoky flavors, were a hit with my entire family. There were zero leftovers, which speaks volumes about how much we enjoyed every bite!
The sides complemented the main dishes beautifully, adding to the overall delightful experience. If you're looking for a place that combines great food, fantastic service, and a fun atmosphere, Big Earl's BBQ at the Fireside Lounge is a must-visit. I can't wait to go...
Read moreSome really good texas style bbq inside the OG fireside lounge. Shot out to Big Earl he's a cool dude who makes you feel like family while your there. I ordered the whole menu on first visit. I will start off by saying the chicken surprised me the most. Nice n thin crispy outside and super tender with that subtle smony flavor very delicious. The brisket is the best I've had out here in the valley and is my favorite. But don't sleep on the ribs though, those were slap your knee good. Fall off the bone with ease, nice dry rub with that sublte smoke flavor. The sausages were as you would expect. Not over cooked and had good flavor. All the sides rocked but my favorites were the collared greens and the coleslaw both had that knock you in the jaw and kick you in the tounge flavor going on. Bonus side note, as mentioned before this place is located inside the fireside lounge which is the perfect spot to grab a drink and relax in super laid back chill palm springs vibe. All in all don't second guess yourself on coming here if your in the mood for some smackin good bbq and/or some stellar drinks from some rad...
Read moreI was vacationing and had a craving for BBQ. We looked up a couple different places, but decided to try out Big Earl's. Glad we did.
Big Earl serves his food inside Fireside Lounge. It's a local joint cause it's not in the touristy area. We went on a Saturday night, so it got pretty busy and service was minimal, but friendly. Food and drinks are ordered separately.
I had ordered the pork belly burnt ends and the brisket while my friend ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. Unfortunately, Big Earl ran out of brisket, so I ordered the ribs. I'm not mad at it because everything was delicious. The ribs were so tender you could slide out the bones. The chicken was juicy and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. The burnt ends were a little too saucy for me, but it was a good portion so I didn't mind it.
Overall, I would go back. The food was delicious and priced well. It must have been a popular night for the brisket, so I'll have to go earlier to make sure I get some next time. I would think about ordering to go if you have kids or want to be...
