I want to give 5 stars but my experience was not 5 star. The bud is fire and the bud tender who actually helped me search for some Was great!! but the person who cashed me out (Alexis I believe her name is) was very rude and overall had a condescending attitude. Once I mentioned I get 80% off her whole attitude changed and it became āyou need to tell me the specific place you saw the billboardāā¦. Iām like umm?? Well I JUST moved out here.. I mean after I told her the street I believe I drove on she was hesitant. I then asked her ādo you guys get tourists?ā To where she replied āyes all the timeā (in a snarky tone). So I said āIf people needed to know the exact street name cross street etc, That should be on the actual billboardā of curse she was trying to be as nice as she could. Shaking her head in agreement with my last statement. But the whole experience threw me off. And I was given a pre roll voucher by the security guard. Apparently I wasnāt able to use it (according to Alexis) but my friend says she remembered being able to get the 80% PLUS the pre roll. I mean the company probably wonāt do much about this review and Iām sure she will still be working there. My thing is not WHAT YOU SAY! Itās how itās said and the tone⦠I wouldnāt ever put a bad review about someone if I wasnāt triggered and honest felt some type of way. Hopefully...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI go here every week as the only weed shop I go to for deals great product and every time I go there itās like the budtenders seem very annoyed and not even try to answer when I ask for any good products of the week. I just went in 12/30/23 and was met with this red hair lady with glasses literally rolling her eyes just for asking about a product and when I go in for a deal they send thru text and I show up and they canāt even honor the deal and have to get something completely different and not what Iām looking for to have for the next couple days. I get it work is tiring now days but to take me my order tell me sheās not gonna honor a buy one get one with no reason as to why they cannot do it, I understand if your out of the product but she didnāt even say that she just looked at me with a blank stare clearly just wanting me to hurry up. I love this shop and show it a lot of love telling people about where I go when I go about the shop. What im saying is itās great deals there but I would go in there knowing what you want and what deal is what cause they do not like to be asked questions so be prepared for 1-2 word answers. Iām a consistent patron of the store who works just as hard as anybody else hopping this get addressed because lately I havenāt felt a very āweed friendlyā visit in the past...

Ex. They send out texts with massive deals each weekend and the budtenders barely know what they are. Our budtender today was looking all over the poster with us and forgot to let us spin the wheel. Tonight they had a bingo night. My wife and I couldn't buy the special they had on three cards because we each had to buy one to get in. We ended up paying 30 for two cards instead of 25 for three, but we were convinced by the lady there who ended up running the bingo thing that we should because we would each get free goodies. Then when we got there we only got one for the two of us. For real? We paid five bucks more for one fewer card and got the same thing plus there were empty spots. They should have just let us buy three and sit together.
On top of that their lounge is atrocious. It's dirty and there are bugs everywhere. Plus we were told to throw toilet paper in the trash if we use the restrooom. yuck.
