I came here last week and had the worst experience you could have at a sandwich place. I have never tried Firehouse Subs before, but I love trying new things. I came in and off the back the guy working behind the counter was extremely rude and passive-aggressive, I said it's my first time here what would you recommend? He said something off the menu, now are you going to order something or not. The employees at this location seemed like they didn't want to be there and just wanted to leave. I came in an hour before closing so I'm not sure if they're always this aggressive. I got my food and for some reason it tasted sour, I asked that guy behind the counter if that's normal. Maybe I got a sour flavored sandwich. The tall blonde gentlemen laughed and went to the back. I have never seen a employee have such disregard for their customers. I then asked if I could try a different sandwich he said no they're closing in half an hour and I should leave. I said okay and left, he then turn the lights off and lock the store and left himself, I thought it was strange usually at every food establishment they clean before they leave, since he had keys to the building and him and another employee left the building I'm guessing he was a manager. Which in my opinion makes it worse because that's the example he's putting for his employees that that's how you should treat customers. So I guess the moral of the story is if you don't care how you are treated and you want to eat a sour sandwich then I guess you could try this place but I would highly advise against it. This is my first and last time trying a...

This was my third time at Firehouse Subs at The Springs in Palm springs. I was responding to an offer by T-Mobile which I followed all of the instructions redeem the code and for some reason the app wasn't functioning on my phone so I reinstalled a brand new version of the app followed all of the instructions and work the entire time with the representative of the register. We tried four times to get the app to finally respond we tried Google pay and then I added a new card and it would not quit spinning. They refused to do anything because they said it has to be done in the app but if the app isn't working don't you have a back-up plan no this is the first time of all the T-Mobile offers that I have not been fulfilled by the restaurant either by fulfilling it or giving me a coupon to apply to a future visit but the manager refused to do anything except he offered me a drink food nothing my previous reviews have been five star reviews but now I would not come back here for anything in the world sure that everyone I know hears about this shame on...

I recently visited the Firehouse Subs Palm Springs location next to the FedEx store, hoping to grab a quick bite.

However, my experience was marred by poor service and unprofessional behavior from the staff. As I walked in, I was holding a FedEx package since the store is right next door. Realizing I had left my wallet in my car, I turned to leave and retrieve it. To my dismay, I overheard one of the servers preparing sandwiches make an inappropriate comment, laughing and saying, "Haha, this is not FedEx."

Given this negative interaction, I decided not to proceed with my order. If the staff is comfortable making such unprofessional remarks openly, it raises concerns about their overall attitude and the service quality.

Overall, my experience at this Firehouse Subs location was disappointing. Professionalism and customer service are crucial in any business, and this incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to this location and would caution others about the potential for...

Total surprise find, just needed grub after grocery shopping and went here. The subs were good, I wanted mine cold but didn’t know they default to hot subs. It was still good though. We loooooved the super fun hot sauce bar!! We tried em all, you can buy em if you like em. Best part was the proceeds go to the local fire department and they donate lots to firefighters, makes you feel even better about eating there. Better than subway FOR SURE!

Had a late lunch here so we ordered the small meatball sub and medium streak and cheese. The subs are pretty small for the price but the quality is there so overall they're worth it. We kinda wish we had done the bigger size since they're so good. We ate just after the lunch rush so most of the tables were pretty dirty and the staff was really nice and quick to clean clean when I mentioned it.
