Reefer Madness Dispensary and Lounge — Local services in Palm Springs

I consume cannabis as I would assume most people do who visit. I have lived in multiple states and have also worked as a Cannabis professional in various states. There’s one thing that will always hold true, if you are buying cannabis from people who are not consumers themselves the experience that you will have will match your bud tenders knowledge of the brands and and the plant themselves. I feel confident shopping here as surprise- the bud-tenders are knowledgeable about not only what they have in the shop but also what’s available on the market. I tend to know what I want but I would be happy to be a new consumer at this shop as they truly know their product. This is not sponsored but it really makes me happy to go to a dispensary where one not only feels appreciated but also welcome. They also have the best prices in Palm Springs imo again I have been around this block many times, if I were a vendor I’d imagine that working with them is also pleasurable. This is one of the best stores in Palm Springs. Irene was thoughtful and knew how to read the room when I went in with questions. Whenever I go to a new store I have a set of test questions that I ask retail staff to see if they know anything about what they are talking about. Irene navigated me to the correct product selection flawlessly and was able to help me do research on the spot to figure out the lineage of the genetics I was buying. Her recommendation was perfect and her attitude toward learning was flawless. She understood my tastes and what I wanted to buy better than 5 other stores/lounges that I went to that day. There is a huge gap in the legal market right now for customer service and knowledge of the products being sold. I feel fairly confident that Irene could be hired to train retail staff across the nation should she decide to head down that path. Mann very disappointed I’ve been a loyal returning customer, here me and my family honestly!!! Must be new management but terrible customer service when I placed a delivery Today on there website or “Weedmaps” they have their delivery minimum price set at $49 and my order was $50 so it went through only to get a call back saying they need me to order something else to get my total price to $80 because of my distance witch I only live in DHS!!! So they false advertising their price’s because if they think the drive is too far they wanna make an extra $30 off of you!!!! Then they lie and act like I didn’t get a delivery to this same address months ago and your delivery driver came in to the house because that’s how much I would go there! Just wow on how poor I was treated as customer/human!
