Oct 30 2021 I went in the store only out of curiosity, I saw a cute sweater in the back corner that my little sister would have love. I grabbed her size, within 3 mins I was at the register ready to cash out. 12 mins later I was still waiting at the register for an employee to cash me out, not because there was a line or the employees were helping other customers , but because they were too busy gossiping with each other inches away from where I was standing. After 15 MINUTES of waiting one of them finally decided to come cash me out (still mid conversation with her coworker) no greeting or an apology. She just handout her hand to me, scanned the tag and told me the total. The process took seconds !! Right when I reach the exit door, the bag with my one shirt in it buzzed. So I had to walk ALL THE WAY back to the register to have her remove the security tag. It’s astonishing they could have so little regard for their customers. I will definitely NEVER shop at this...
Read moreAlthough I thoroughly enjoy Rainbow Shops as a whole, this experience wasn't one of the best. It has everything you would expect from 🌈 Rainbow Shops. Inside of a Rainbow Shop you will always find at least two or three things you weren't even looking for, or realized that you needed. From clothing, shoes, or everyday household decorations. As I stated in the beginning this experience was not the best. We were not greeted nor at anytime were we asked if we needed any help. After finding what we wanted to purchase we realized why we were never helped or greeted....the checkout line was enormous and moving at a very slow pace. Unfortunately somebody either didn't show up for their shift or the manager needs to learn more about scheduling during peak hours. Read more1st watch the sale price, when you get the total it don't say the sale, the young girl at registor say it comes off after, like after what? Then went back next day to return or even get store credit they say we can't do anything. The Spanish girl that had just come out I use to work with, she say she just did a store credit because she forgot her receipt. I said ok yes because I can't find mine. They girl said no, they can't do anything. But a Spanish girl just did. They do for who they want, they treat a black person different from Spanish and the so call manager said that it was HER store as if she owned it. I said ok and left.
