In Palm Springs this particular Cane's is always busy especially during lunch and dinner hours.
In this occasion I ordered two of the 3 finger Combos with extra sauces.
Based off my personal experience, when ordering through the drive thru:
#1) make sure your order is correct and complete before driving away.
#2) do not allow the staff to hurry you. You are paying for a service so make sure you get what you pay for (at times they will already have another order at the window before you even get to drive away)
#3)When ordering extra sauces make sure they're in your order (at times they come inside the box, at times just in the bag) make sure to check. (You are being charged $50 cents pero sauce)
#4)Count your chicken tenders if you have any you will regret it if you Don't.
If you dine inside be aware it will be highly crowded during lunch and dinner hours so make sure to anticipate yourself. Parking is limited in the Cane's parking lot so you might have to walk a bit.
There has been instances where my soda is flat and the ice dispenser has no ice. Do not be shy and make sure to take your time to get in line to go ask for ice (and when given to little ice don't be shy either and ask for at least a half cup of ice they will count your ice cubes if they have limited amount)
If your soda is flat make sure to get in line and ask them for soda personally they will and always have provided extra attention for this so just ask.
Missing sauces? Just ask them ( particularly I think they shouldn't charge if they're Always missing sauces which you pay for)
Nice hip & rétro looking dinning area .
Enjoy your chicken!
Anticipate that sodas have been flat for the last 3 weeks in the front...

Read moreSo our plan was to eat dinner after church at KFC, but we were so close to Cane’s in Palm Springs, so we decided to go there. Been there many times, and it is always the same issue, starting with the seating area which we had to wipe our table and our seats, and this happens every single time. Even a table of 5 came in and did the same thing. What a shame! My fries weren’t hot or fresh. My observation on our experience there tonight was, we felt dirty, actually the oil that was on the seat went to my outfit, not happy. I am not sure why they have so many people in the back, was not even busy and no one, even the management seem not to care of the cleanliness. Im not sure why the cashier whrn she doesn’t have any customers cannot go and clean, or front crew were just chatting and chatting when they can go and clean the dine area. Even the mgr was just having fun chatting with his crew, whern there was lots of things to do! No toilet paper in the bathroom. How do you expect for your guests to clean up themselves? All the trash cans were full. Floor was full of napkins, fries, spoons, etc…SO FILTHY EVERYWHERE! Not acceptable! We go to other ones like the one in Beaumont and it looks impeccable! Out visit was on 11/29/23 around 8:30pm. 5 cars in the p lot. and less than 10 people inside. SO SAD! We love canes but we will take our business...
