These are very delicious well made tamales, I can highly reccomend! This is a pop up food cart. We had the pork, veggie and chicken and cheese. The masa is tender yet firm enough to hold up and the filling is flavorful and ample. These make the perfect breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. The salsa is great, flavorful but not hot. We also had the agua fresca/jamaica/hibiscus. It was juicy and bold but very sweet.

Can’t wait to find their other pop...
