1-Star Review Avoid This Store – Unprofessional Manager! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in over 10 years with T-Mobile. I went to the Palm Springs store on Ramon Road for a warranty issue with my Samsung Flip phone — a well-known defect. Instead of helping, Christine, the so-called manager, was rude, dismissive, and tried to blame me for the damage. She offered zero support and clearly didn’t care about customer service. I’ve heard from others she’s given them a hard time too — clearly, this is a pattern. The irony? I got the issue resolved with a quick call to T-Mobile support — no problem at all. Christine is not only unhelpful, but also clearly in the wrong line of work if she treats loyal customers this way. My advice? Skip this store entirely. It’s not worth the disrespect or hassle.

I had one of the best customer service experiences at tmo in Palm Springs off Ramon rd. In my opinion Sergio is one of the best reps he is professional and a very good listener. Juan is the store manager and greeted me with a smile and he was able to help me with all my issues then connected me with a customer support rep thru chat and we got the issue resolved. When I was in the store I asked James a few questions and he was very helpful in showing me some options for a new Bluetooth speaker. Tmo customer for life here thanks familia!!!

Usually when I know im going to have to deal with that T-mobile experience i make sure my schedule is cleared, smoke a fat blunt and brace myself for an exasperated ass day especially when I’m dealing with the whole word for word script reading customer robots over the phone After trying to find someone who knows how to give that real feeling of customer care i finally got connected with Beth from Oklahoma City who showed that she does indeed cares about the customers in the end i wasn’t aware i was going to be charged but Beth did everything in her power to at lest wave the connection fee But since i didn’t have the funds at the moment she went ahead and made a note in my account and we set a callback date when i would be able to pay but for some reason never got a call back from her (Beth i hope you are thriving and surviving cause T-mobile needs more people like you on the phones) When i got the funds and was not able to get reconnected with Beth I then asked the lord to give me the the patience i need and the strength to not let what happen last time dealing with T mobile people

Quick shout out to i think his name was Rudy, Ruby, or Anthony from the Store location in Palm Desert on Monterey( hope you’re not still working there cause this was a few years back) you are truly amazing and wish you were in that day cause Wendy can step on a Lego And needs to shove a glow stick up her butt to brighten up her personality cause damnnn i really hope her life is going better than her attitude

Anyways after talking to i wanna say 16 different representatives cause either they weren’t understanding what i was saying Wasn’t able to honor the deal Beth was able to give me even after they read the note but was telling me they were able to honor it Or their voice was really unsettling I ended up giving up on trying to do it over the phone and took a chance and tried a different t mobile location

And the lord Blessed me with the amazing, i believe his name was Ray Ray was the man to make all my problems go away and even was able to honor the payment making my experience stress free Wishing i wouldn’t have wasted my time with customer support on the phone and went in sooner But i was too worried i was going to get Paired with another Wendy Thank you Ray for giving me hope that not everyone who works at T mobile is a soulless person or incapable of showing real customer care Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure that my upgrades and new lines added were all set Hopefully I see you there next time if i got anything that requires some custom...

I went to go view the Samsung z fold4 since it showed the device was in stock. I was greeted immediately and then directed to the phone. He said to take my time with and proceeded to other duties. My first thought when I opened the phone was, how long is this going to last remembering my materials science class for my engineering degree? Just like Metals, plastic will eventually fatigue and fracture after repeated motion. The screen quality at the fold had no visual distortion but at some point in time, distortion along that fold would have to occur. Then I evaluated the split keyboard and liked the keys were larger than my S21 Ultra and spacing between the keys was expectedly wider. I am tired of hitting the wrong keys on my S21 and the smart but many times not so smart auto replacement to sometimes the correct word. Then I thought this keyboard wouldn't be so convenient using just one hand or finger. To really utilize the fold keyboard, one would need to sit as if in front of a typewriter with both hands properly placed and that would get uncomfortable. I personally don't use the voice keyboard that often because of blatant errors that are typed and by the time I go back to proof, I sometimes cannot figure out exactly what I said from what the phone heard. Thr Samsung voice typer really peaves me off by putting a capital letter every time I pause and begin again no matter where I am in a sentence. I figured out real fast how to exchange Samsung for Google although the latter isn't a favorite of mine but won't elaborate on that subject here. So the store clerk came back by and I questioned him about others experience with this phone. I got from his answers that this phone might be a problem for me with my screen concerns. He left me with my doing as much research about the phone I could do before I jumped off and bought it. I asked about protective cases for someone who frequently drops the phone like myself. I was not impressed by what was available. I did appreciate his honesty but it certainly did not help his sales goals. I do like this store better than the one close to my home on Date Palm in Cardinas parking lot which used to be a Sprint store. That figures because I left Sprint after many years of their customer service going downhill. I assume the staff at that store is still disgruntled Ex Sprint employees. T mobile is great and I'll never go elsewhere unless they get lazy and don't...

It was NOT a Good experience,im a developer/investor with T-Mobile and they still have that place as a corporate store and do not care about the investors package i have with t-mobile and have made it apparent that im not going to get my upgrade to a new device from them because I had a small blue push cart and probably looked homeless to the staff! Lol But I did mention i had invested in t-mobile and its future and they blew me off and made no kind of offer to me what so ever to get a new premium flagship device with my premium account already in place and were kind of rude and plain ol disrespectful I feel! And its obvious that store is a franchise store claiming to be a T-Mobile Corporate Store and did not properly place the advertisement board up with the new "Corporate" offer for S23+ was not up to par for corporate stores and does not realize they are breaking contract obligations with corporate and have been reported already for not properly posting a new Deal for the t-mobile contracts to be taken from that store and be given to real Authorized T-Mobile retailers and Tech repair specialists close by or in the area! At least that is what I read in the contracts for that store owner to be very aware of his wrong doing with not being honest about the Real Deal t-mobile corporate offers they have going and is really in trouble for changing ad's to fit franchise business that does it to make a lot of illegal money that way. So ill be waiting for my upgrade to a new device from a Samsung Authorized Retailer and reseller if I really have to...to make sure I'm not getting the shaft on my repair or problems that have been going on at that location and have made the news papers here in this...
