I just went through the drive-through and asked about the paw patrol kids meals and I was told they were available. I paid for my food and noticed there were no toys! I parked my car and had to take my 2 grandkids out of there car seats and go inside! Unfortunately, the manager Loose says differently that the toy is not being given out until all plastic cups are given in a very rude manner and then handled the food inside the bag with her gloves, touching french fries and chicken nuggets I find it to be unacceptable she refuses to communicate with the drive-through and wanted to make excuses and said that she was never in formed then wants to treat a customers poorly. I asked for my money back after Loose handed the food and I said all over a toy! There is 2 toys available I asked if we could have one of each as the boys are standing there asking inside the restaurant at this point! Loose is very mean she refused to give the kids and chose to only give one of the same toy to both children, I would not expect a manager to act like this! I believe the most professional thing to do if a customer ask for a specific kids meal to advise the customer at the drive-through. Unfortunately, Loose says different! Loose claims to be manger of this store and Loose doesn't have a supervisor she is the supervisor, and will not say who the supervisor of this Burger King is ! I will be contacting the customer...
Read morePrices go up, quality goes down. I used a coupon today, got two burgers that turned out to be mayo sandwhices. I mean it was disgusting. my son and I refused to eat it. After a bit of i through it in the trash. Fries cold, hard. Sometimes this place is on point, great fries, but that's like 20% of the time. Most of the time I go here the fries are garbage. Today the sandwhich was vile. It took me awhile to pinpoint the problem: the vegtables were old. The tomato was all stringy and unchewable. Then the mayo. This sandwhich had so much mayo it was dripping in it. The bread was soaked with their mayo sauce to the point of being soggy and falling apart. Ugh. I just spent $27 for garbage. Now I have to go someplace else and spend more or I have to cook a meal which I don't have time for. Guys/Gals why are we putting up with this? They are charging more, giving us less. Read moreI had a frustrating experience earlier in the day when my food was made wrong and the person I spoke with on the phone was rude. I was really upset — until I went back and saw Yuvia, someone I’ve known at this location for years.
I was shaking when I explained what happened, but before I could even finish, she was already remaking my entire order — no hesitation, no excuses. She even tossed the messed-up burger right in the trash and personally brought the corrected order out to my car.
Yuvia is a rare kind of employee: kind, professional, fast, and she cares. She remembered me, remembered my order, and turned around my whole weekend. I honestly miss her even when I go to the BK closer to my house. You're lucky to have her — she’s someone who makes Burger King worth returning to.
